Das ist nicht mein erstes Aufenthalt im Ames Hotel, es ist mein drittes Aufenthalt, und es wird das letzte!! Ich reise fast jede Woche für Geschäftsreisen, sowohl innerhalb Malaysias als auch im Ausland. Ich habe in Dutzenden von Hotels geblieben, wie Sie aus meinem Rekord auf der Agoda Website sehen können, aber das war der schlimmste Aufenthalt je!!!! Ich bin um Mitternacht angekommen, und kein Personal mit meinem Gepäck unterstützt. Es gab ein männliches Personal in einem schwarzen Hemd, das gerade durch mich in meinem Auto ging, ohne Hilfe anzubieten, und es gab auch eine Schwangerin (ein Kunde), die gerade aus ihrem Auto kam, um sich zu prüfen, und niemand half ihr auch. Der Nachtmanager, namens FARED, hielt bei meinem Einchecken bei. Ich bat um einen späten Auscheck um 3 Uhr, weil ich auch eine Veranstaltung unter meinem Unternehmen im Ames Hotel hatte, aber am nächsten Morgen informierte er mich, dass ich um 2 Uhr auschecken musste. Ich habe Herrn FARED vor der Nacht über die späten Abreise um 15.00 Uhr erzählt. Als ich jedoch Frühstück im Merchant Lounge hatte, sagte mir ein Manager namens Joseph, dass ich mit 1 Uhr auschecken musste, obwohl FARED mit mir die Nacht bestätigt hatte, bevor ich mit 2 Uhr auschecken konnte. Ich finde das völlig inakzeptabel. Joseph erwähnte auch, dass mein Zimmer kostenlos aktualisiert wurde, obwohl ich für die Suite zusätzlich bezahlt hatte. Ich fand das extrem grausam und unprofessionell, weil er nicht meine Zimmerdetails überprüft, bevor er mit mir sprach. Er hat es so gemacht, als ob ich eine komplimentäre Upgrade erhalten und nicht Anspruch auf den Service, den ich verdient habe. Dies ist extrem unachtsam, und das ist meine ehrliche Bewertung von Ames Hotel Melaka. Danke an das Personal des Lounge-Services namens DILA für die Beruhigung meiner Frau und mir und die Erbringung eines guten Gastfreundschaftsdienstes.

Ging Genting vor Malacca. Ich hatte die gleiche Anfrage im Genting Hotel und in Hatten, aber nur Hatten erfüllte alle meine Voranfragen, als ich in 3 Zimmern eincheckte. In der Nacht entschieden wir uns ziemlich spontan, eine weitere Nacht mit demselben Zimmertyp zu verlängern. Das Hotelpersonal half uns, im selben Zimmer zu bleiben, ohne die Mühe zu haben, in ein anderes Zimmer umzuziehen. Vielen Dank an das Hotelpersonal Amar, das mir für die verlängerte Nacht geholfen hat.

One of the best hotel I stayed in Melaka. Great location, staff are friendly and welcoming, room are clean & spacious. My room was facing the Melaka River and I can see boat cruise passing by. Great place to just relax as the room is quiet amd peaceful. We were given complimentary breakfast & enjoyed tasting the local & western dishes. We ordered from menu and still enjoyed the buffet spread. Went to Jonker Street by foot and had a great time exploring nearby tourist attractions. Parking is free at the basement. Swimming pool over looks the Melaka River and Melaka city view. Since Fan Bingbing is the Melaka Tourist ambassador & stayed at Casa del Rio, rooms are fully booked.

This is a very new hotel which started their business in March 2023. Wanted to try on the first day of opening but due to some reason, it was delayed till now. It’s a first Marriott hotel in Melaka, so I do have very high expectations from them. As a Marriott platinum elite member, I’ve stayed in many hotel under Marriott organisation. Upon reaching the hotel with grab car, the staff came up to me immediately and lead me to the check in counter, the lobby are huge, and I can still smell that the hotel are still so new. Not much of the guest in the lobby area, it’s a Monday so I guess it’s normal. No suite room upgrade and no complimentary breakfast for a platinum member, although I was upgraded to a strait view room which I appreciated it. It can see a tiny bit of the sea. Apart from that, I guess the room size and amenity are the same. The check in staff told me that the suite room was full… I mean.. it’s a Monday.. and I literally still can see the suite room was available in the Bonvoy app. As I’ve mentioned, I’ve been to many hotel under Marriott organisation. I don’t always get upgraded to a suite room, but it was okay, I do understand all these are subjected to individual hotel policy and it’s all a good will. But I guess the staff could just tell me that the hotel are still new, the suite room are limited and it’s reserved for paying guest. I would totally understand that. But I don’t think it’s wise to you know, use a default replied as member like us, we check on the app. For me, if there’s no available suite room, I wouldn’t even ask for an upgrade. Secondly, there’s no complimentary breakfast, I paid RM70 for the 2 day breakfast. I’ve stayed in a few courtyard hotel, this was the first one that I’ve paid for breakfast, there might be other courtyard that don’t provide complimentary breakfast for guest with elite status, maybe I didn’t stay much enough to see it all. I’ve stayed with hotel that told me that their facility actually don’t offer complimentary breakfast for elite member, but they will just give it to me as a good will on top of my welcome gift. Just a little suggestion, like maybe let the counter staff to decide, if they could slip in some complimentary breakfast to guest with elite status or even guest that potentially come back again. I’m not complaining here, just some of my suggestions. The room are new, nice and spacious, very clean. Nice TV channel selection, view was great. Bed are firm to the level that I like, they offer pillow menu as well. Had very good sleep for the 2 night. Breakfast was very basic. There’s a very annoying flies flying around my table.. how did it come into the hotel, lol. Gym are small but there should be everything you need. The infinity pool are great! Very good view and very Instagrammable. Please visit the pool when you are here. The staff and friendly and nice. Would come back again to the hotel when I’m back in Melaka.

Convenient location close to the city centre, sea view was great. Slight hiccup with the door access but the front counter sorted it out pretty quickly. There was a 50% off pizzas and pastas at the hotel’s Italian restaurant at level 1 on weekdays between 2-5pm (?). Can’t imagine I’d ever have Italian in malacca but we reached at 9.30pm on day 1 when everything else was closed and the pasta we had was pretty amazing, amongst the better Italian food I’ve had.

Love with their welcoming cookies. The cleaness of room and toilet is satisfied. Had a chill and peaceful stay. Not regretting that we choose here to celebrate our anniversary.

Ich sah viele jüngste Kommentare, die die negativen Teile beschrieben, so dass ich ein wenig zögerlich war, zuerst zu buchen. Aber ich ging vorwärts, weil es die billigste war (26-27 Nov 2021) und es nicht unter den wirtschaftlichsten Teilen der Stadt liegt. Ich kam mit meiner Frau und zwei Kinder – Alter 9 und 4. Durch Agoda (listet in TripAdvisor, offensichtlich pfftt), habe ich das Superior Triple Zimmer, das mit ihm hatte: - 1 Königsbett - 1 Einzelbett - 1 Sofa groß / lange genug, um eine Erwachsene auf schlafen. - kostenloses Frühstücksbuffet für 3 Pax Alle diese + Steuern + Zuschläge + Gebühren am Ende des November Wochenende = RM 292. RM 292!!! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Bitte beachten Sie meine Bilder für die nachstehenden Beschreibungen; ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Zimmer --------- it War sauber; Handtücher, Matratzen, Kissen, etc. alle gerüchtet auch schön - TV funktioniert gut – einige kostenlose TV-Kanäle + Radios; zwei USB-Porten können verwendet werden, keine HDMI-Porte - Aircond war gut; seine entfernt funktionierte gut auch - shower war großartig; Es war leicht, Wärme und Kälte Dusche zu regulieren - Wasserdruck war stark; Fluss und Bidet waren in guten Bedingungen - Der Balkon war windig und die Riverview war ruhig; die Grillhöhe war höher als Standard, ich bin 175cm und seine Spitze war über meinem Navel. Also, ich denke es ist ziemlich sicher, auch für Kinder, um für ein paar Sekunden zu schlafen - Nachtzeit war ruhig; wir gingen um 11.45 pm ins Bett und es gab nichts (was passiert) unten - Toiletries und grundlegende Tee-Kaffee-Sets waren aplency; hat Eisenbekleidung ohne das Board Hotel -------- - Indoor Pool war gerade unten im Halle; wir gingen in das Poolzimmer nicht ein Tauchen genommen, die Größe war anständig für einen Innenpool - Alle drei Aufzüge waren betriebsbereit und schnell; Selbst mit dem Verkehr von Wochenendtouristen, wir hatten nie mehr als eine Minute zu warten - Check-in dauerte etwa 3 Minuten; check-out war weniger als 15 Sekunden - Alle Mitarbeiter waren angenehmen und hilfsbereit, Egal, wo ich sie traf - Der Ein-Ein-Basisparkplatz war kostenlos und hell genug, auch in der Nacht mit Sicherheitsbeamten; es gab Hunderte von Parkplätzen, also scheiße nicht um den Kampf für einen - I denke nicht, dass es weit von der Stadt entfernt ist Weil Sie nur buchstäblich die Brücke überqueren müssen und Sie dort sind. Ich habe es geplant; es dauerte mir ganz 8 Minuten von Riviera's Grundstücksparkplatz, um Dataran Pahlawan / Imperial Heritage zu erreichen. If that’s far, just book Hatten then and Bob’s your uncle =) Restaurant --------------- - Buffet breakfast was more than enough for RM15/pax (not that I had to pay for my son coz he’s 4 years old); Viele der typischen malesischen schweren Frühstücksoptionen waren dort, wie Nasi Lemak, frisch Kuétiau, frisch gefrierte Nüsse, frisch Mihun, weißes Brot und Porridge + gekochte Eier, hotdogs, Gewürze, etc. - Lebensmittelzähler waren leicht zugänglich; Tische sind im Restaurant minimal, aber es gab viel mehr draußen (für bedeckte und offene Bereiche) - Cutlery war sauber
