Gemischte Kritiken, aber insgesamt ein zu teures Hostel für die Qualität des Service. Ein guter Standort und eine hübsche Dekoration reichen nicht aus. Vor- und Nachteile unten: Vorteile: - Erstaunliche Lage im Herzen der Medina, ideal gelegen - Süßes Hostel mit schönen Fliesen - Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal Nachteile: - Das im Voraus gebuchte Zimmer war bei unserer Ankunft nicht verfügbar. Anstelle eines Doppelzimmers wurden wir ohne Erklärung oder Entschuldigung in ein Zimmer mit Etagenbetten untergebracht. Im Nachhinein wurde uns keine Lösung, Unterkunft oder Entschädigung angeboten. Der Service des Hotels auf dieser Seite ist sehr schlecht und ich habe später online gesehen, dass es nicht das erste Mal ist, dass sie das tun - Lautes Hostel ohne schallisolierte Zimmer. Alle Zimmer liegen nahe beieinander und sind zum Essbereich hin geöffnet. Das Frühstück beginnt um 7:30 Uhr und die Gäste kommen erst spät abends zurück. Ohrstöpsel dringend nötig - Durchschnittliches Frühstück, die Qualität der Produkte ist schlecht, wenn man weiß, was in der Gegend erhältlich ist. Seien Sie vorsichtig mit Wasser, da einige Plastikflaschen zum Frühstück mit Leitungswasser gefüllt sind - Beachten Sie, dass Sie nach dem Aussteigen aus dem Taxi mindestens 5 Minuten durch kleine gepflasterte Straßen laufen müssen und es nicht immer einfach sein wird, ein Taxi zu finden, um die Gegend zu verlassen

Sehr schönes exquisites Hotel, sehr guter Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, der Service ist sehr geregelt, die Umgebung ist sehr gut und das Frühstück ist reichhaltig. Das nächste Mal wird es wieder kommen.

This place is comfortable and gorgeous. Good value for those of us in US who expect luxury hotels to be costly. This place was spacious, well priced, gorgeous and courteous. The beds were comfortable. We had a suite with living room and 2 bathrooms. The rooftop restaurant has great food and wines. Location is at the edge of the medina. Easy access by car.

Located centrally in the Tunis souk, my father and I loved our stay. Surrounded by bars, cafes and restaurants, it makes for a great night out. Clean, lavish and traditional hotel operated by a smiling, hard working team. Our room was extremely nice with air condition, a clean bathroom and strong Wi-Fi. The dining area is also well maintained and kitchen staff are super sweet - even serving us extra food without us even asking! The rooftop is also next level, where staff brought us tea and pastries while we enjoyed the sunset over the city. Amazing staff. Amazing hotel.

Le Chambre Bleue was an excellent bed and breakfast located just outside of the Northwestward edge of the Tunis Medina. The owner and his wife were just so incredibly kind to us and really made us feel as part of their family during our stay. Any issues were handled with hast and they were so helpful arranging transportation for us. Beer and wine was available for purchase as well as free bottle water! Will recommend Le Chambre Bleue to our Friends! Breakfast may have been the highlight though, every morning being a little different than the previous. Homemade jams and bread were a highlight!

I am not even sure where to start. This people are scamming their guests in any way possible. We stayed 2 nights in total and escaped from this place 1 day earlier. The room they gave us in our first night seemed fine as we dropped of our luggage and left the room. There was a heavy room perfume, but we didn’t mind it. After we returned to our room in the evening, there was a DISGUSTING SEWAGE SMELL in the room. So naturally, we tried to air the room a bit by opening the entrance door but it didn’t work at all. So we used our perfume to fix it, it worked only for 5 minutes. In this “peaceful” 5 minutes, we discovered that fitted sheets were full of hairs and dirts. Then, DISGUSTING SEWAGE SMELL came back. We did what everyone would do in our situation: I went down to the reception to complain. Well, I was naive. There was no one in the reception, and security person was snoring so loud in the entrance. So I went back to my room and sprayed the room again in shifts in every 5-10 minutes until me and my partner both passed out. Next day, I found the reception lady and called her to our room. She was also immediately DISGUSTED by the SEWAGE smell and changed the room. I said I went down in the evening to complain but there was no one. And receptionist replied: “sorry, we were fully booked yesterday.” Sheets we were given in the new room were was also dirty. We complained again and they changed it. They just play fool and act surprised when you address the problems. So, we were so disgusted by their behaviour and traumatised by the DISGUSTING SEWAGE SMELL, that I am pretty sure we lost our sense of smell (and our trust in humanity) at some point and decided to leave the place earlier. Side story: let me tell you something about the breakfast. It is served the evening before actually, when they host a party in the common area (in case you didn’t have a problem sleeping yet). Some of the leftovers will be served the next morning in a room charmed with another odour, one smelling like pee this time. Let’s say you wanted to enjoy a cup of coffee, oh boy, get ready for the worst coffee anyone drank in their life. I am dead serious, there is no way a coffee can taste any worse. Anyways, so wanted to leave the place earlier and asked for a refund for the 1st night. Look, not even for the whole stay given everything we went through and all the trauma. Long story short, they denied our request because they believe they “fixed” our problem by changing the room (logic leaves the earth). They said we should have complained when we first encountered with the problem, although I already went downstairs and there was no one to complain, except snoring security person. I invited them to check the security cameras together but they didn’t care. Because this is all they do: they don’t care. So because I couldn’t find someone to complain, and hence I couldn’t complaint, I was responsible?? But this is not going to end here, I will further proceed with my compl

Schönes Haus in ein Hotel mit 5 Zimmern umgewandelt. Gut dekoriert, gemütlich und von einem willkommenen Paar immer bereit, unsere Bedürfnisse zu erfüllen. Große Lage. Und unglaubliche Wert für Geld. Ich würde definitiv empfehlen und zurückkommen!
