Worst BW of our 14 night trip. Customer service does not exist. TV quality was awful and was never fixed during our stay. Breakfast items of poor quality with very few options. Room had high level of road noise. This was the worst of 4 Best Westerns visited during 14 day trip.

Do NOT stay at this hotel. This hotel needs serious upgrades. The bath insert cracked every time we moved (and we’re not overweight!) and the pillows were the worst we’ve ever slept on. The nightmare were the single pane windows that did nothing to block the noise from the highway and busy intersecting street with a traffic light. The non-stop traffic kept me awake until 2am. (Ironically, we were handed a brown bag upon check-in with a water bottle and a few snacks, along with a small writing pad and pen. Only in the morning did we find earplugs, at the bottom of the bag. They would have been more useful sitting on our night tables). We immediately canceled our second night stay. Though the staff were kind, I recommend you avoid this hotel.

Quick check in, nice people, great coffee, predictable breakfast a good thing, printed Oregon maps super helpful, great bed and ADA room that worked. LOVED the newer style baggage cart that allowed us to get everything into the elevator and to our room without a struggle.

We were looking for a reasonable, clean, and quiet place to stay when we visited Oregon for our first time, and this hotel on paper was a GREAT fit! But, once we arrived our experience was more than we expected "on paper". The continental breakfast was AMAZING, as breakfast is my favorite meal on vacation, and typically we end up having to find local cafes. But, this hotel's breakfast was fantastic, and the friendly staff was even better, so much so that we never ventured out all week. The only issue we ran into was there is a gas station on the North side of the hotel that was somewhat loud in the evening, but to be fair it was the 4th of July. Finally, once we arrived home we very quickly determined that we had forgotten a few items in our room. After contacting the hotel the General Manager, Andrea, helped locate our missing items and promptly returned them to us! This kind experience of making sure their guests are COMPLETLEY taken care of was over the top for us, thank you AGAIN Andrea!! We would definitely return to this location the next time we are in town!

I stayed here because I loved the BW in Estes Park, which was great. However, this place is old and tired, rooms are small, and the place smells funny. Very expensive for what it is. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else................

This is our second stay at the BW in McMinnville and again, it was great. Super friendly staff, super clean room, decent morning breakfast. The have a small but clean pool with a hot tub, which is great from unwinding after a long drive. I imagine on a busy weekend, this property would feel crowded, but during the week it was quiet and perfect. The parking lot is a little awkward, the views are of parking lots and roads, however, they aren't advertised as a getaway place. It was exactly what we needed and we were again happy with our choice. Thank you!!!

The McMinnville Best Western was convenient, clean and comfortable for my recent business trip. There was great access to major highways. The staff was friendly, responsive and knowledgeable. The room was clean and comfortable -- plenty of lamps, a good workspace, a great reading chair and comfortable bed. Breakfast was tasty and fresh.

We got exactly what we expected: a nice clean room at a reasonable price. The bathroom was clean and felt pretty new. The sink was in the room rather than bathroom, which wasn’t perfect, but not a big deal. The breakfast was hearty and fresh, with a food selection. Front staff was friendly and helpful.
