Screw this place

This is the kind of water you will shower in if you stay here. The water pressure was so high that the tub filled to this height within only a few minutes. Unfortunately, the water also happened to be brown in color. I’m not sure what was making the water brown.

The hotel is clean and everyone on the staff is friendly, respectful, and helpful EXCEPT one. On most reviews she is known as the RED Hair front desk worker, but she has Changed her hair color to Blonde BUT unfortunately her ATTITUDE has not changed!! She acts like she does NOT ever want to be here or work - EVER! She is rude, not helpful, and will ignore you until she feels ready to serve you unless management is around then she is a little better but otherwise is HORRIBLE! I do not see how she has a job in hospitality when she has absolutely NONE! Then every shift she works except when management is there her friends or family members sit in the lobby with her. When you come up, she acts as if you are interrupting their important conversation and rolls her eyes, she is short and will ignore you at will. She puts a stain on the rest of the staff, the hotel, reputation, and management that are the exact opposite and pleasant to work with. She should not be the face, or the first face you meet checking in because she will definitely give the wrong impression nor the person that is supposed to help or assist the guests on their stay. It was due to the other staff and respect I have for them as well as their professionalism that I have refrained from speaking about her incompetence to serve in hospitality, however, she has gotten worse and can no longer not say anything.

I had the pleasure of working with Glenda during my check in and during my stay. She is a wonderful, courteous and professional lady that provides outstanding customer service. If anyone reads this and is looking for a great place to stay in Mcdonough, Ga. or want to make the ride to Mcdonough, Glenda and the Woodspring Suites team are worth the ride. I'm not sure how the Woodspring management rewards employees for giving excellent service, but I woule recomment a positive bump in pay!!!!!! I will return in the future if and when a clean, professional place to stay is needed. Thanks Glena

We spent the night of December 31, 2021, while on our way to Florida. We had no towels, no soap. Yes, we did get them. When we went to bed we pulled back the comforter and there was no top sheet. My husband was already upset saying with the price we paid and now no sheet. I called down they brought a sheet and I remade the bed. The staff was very nice at check in and when we called just so you know.

Very clean an amazing staff from morning to overnight what ever I needed they went out of the way to get it for me very comfortable easy access to everything this is my second time back here and will continue to come back here even if just for vacation 😉
