"Upon my arrival at 6:30 PM, there was no one at reception. I met a hotel guest in the lobby who told me to go to the Ibis hotel across the street to complete the formalities. I had booked online, including breakfast for two, and was then informed that this option was no longer available and that the corresponding amount would be refunded to my credit card later! However, it is clearly stated in the hotel that breakfast was discontinued in December 2024. Yet, this option is still listed as valid on the website in June 2025! Furthermore, despite being in a non-smoking room, I noticed a very unpleasant smell of stale tobacco upon arrival. However, the cleanliness of the room and common areas was not an issue. Even though this hotel has been renovated, there has been a decline in service over the years, and some errors on the website remain uncorrected."

"Ich kann dieses Hotel wärmstens empfehlen, das auf halber Strecke zwischen dem Bahnhof und dem Zentrum liegt. Normales Zimmer, sauber, mit sehr bequemem Bett und Kissen. Gute Klimaanlage. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück mit frischen Produkten. Ich habe die Möglichkeit, neben der Rezeption kostenloses Wasser und Getränke zum Mitnehmen zu haben, sehr geschätzt. Zuvorkommendes Personal."
