I booked a deluxe king room. Soo comfortable for 2 kids and parents. So clean.. the facilities are complete. There is a buffet. there is a clean swimming pool for children.

BBiophillicUtk budget travellers ok la. Bilik agak kecil. Plug hanya 1. Cadar dan sarung bantal agak lusuh. Tuala mandi yg diberi koyak. Sarapan pagi disediakan.Boleh pilih tetapi hanya satu seorang sbb dihidangkan berdasarkan piliha . Bukan buffet. Ada pilihan nasi lemak,mee kari, oat,roti dan mushroom soup.Air teh atau kopi.

SSEAN QIUXIANGNear AEON mall so very convenient to get things. Staff were friendly and since it’s manned 24/7, it’s easy to check in and out without having to wait.

GGastnutzerNothing is worth mentioning other than the service. The room was ok just for 1 night stay but the toilet meh, the room was quite dark too. We asked for high floor but got a lvl 2 instead. But service was still good for the reception very polite just a pity the room feels like a backpacking hotel.

FFaye2307All was good except that the toilet drainage was smelly and our aircon cover was open for some reason. Didn't stop the aircon from working perfectly hence we did not request for them to close the lid. Still a smooth 3D2N stay and receptionists were friendly to assist when we accidentally left our card in the room. The breakfast area and choices were beyond expectation.

AAnonymer BenutzerUnfortunately the lift was under maintenance during our stay and you have to approach front desk for hair blower which is not available in the room. Overall, it is good as the strategic location whereby eatery nearby with walking distance.

GGastnutzerThe hotel is good clean and silent good for rest and and short stop. But the things I don't like is the front desk customer service. Aiyoo she even not greet at me and not look at me when I'm arrive at the desk. And I need to call her many times to tell her Im coming for my booking.

2. Chinese Kopitiam same row
3. Mamak restaurants nearby (walking distance)
4. Coffee Bean, MoonLight cafe, KFC, Starbucks, grocery shops & some shops within walking (~500m) / short driving distance (less than 5 min)
However for the maintenance, best for hotel to upkeep a higher standard. There’s leaking at the toilet bowl.

LLimGraceAls umweltbewusste Person. Es ist gut zu sehen, dass das Hotel nicht die kleinen Reinigungsstücke wie den zu entsorgenden Zahnbürsten und den kleinen Zahnpasta lieferte. Alle notwendigen Gegenstände sind angeboten. Es ist leider, dass in meinem Zimmer vor 8.30am eine Elektrizität schwarz ist und nicht durch 10.30am repariert wurde, als ich zurückkam. Aber das Personal gab mir noch ein Zimmer vor meiner Abreise um 12 Uhr. Da ich Elektrizität benötigen muss. Das Personal ist freundlich. Es ist wert, dort für nicht-geknalltes Volk zu bleiben.
