The WiFi didn’t work. The breakfast was late not a good selection. Coffee was old. I’ve stayed here before it has gone downhill since July

As Hilton Honors members, we have stayed at this hotel for many times over the years while visiting our son and his family. That was until our most recent visit where we experienced a situation of substandard service. The details of the incident are now irrelevant, what is most notable is the follow up that the Assistant Manager Roma provided. Unlike most having to listen a complaint, she was clearly attentive and concerned, recognizing how inappropriate the situation was and providing us with the confidence that she would address it. She even made a follow up call to again apologize for the negative experience. Our thanks to Roma for going above and beyond!!

Lovely Hotel! Everything is clean. Service is great. Hotel is modern and new. Great place to stay. Would certainly recommend. Out room came equipped with a lovely restroom, a full kitchen (dishes, dishwasher, full fridge, etc.), a living area and a sleeping area that could be separated with a curtain.

This hotel is a great place to stay. It is very close to Jimmy Johns, Arby's, and a Walmart. The room we stayed in had two queen beds, a complete kitchen, dishwasher, and a sofa bed. We were able to make a microwave dinner and enjoy the dinner in our room. The kitchen area has a full plate ware and silverware set. You are able to ask the front desk for a hot plate as well. The hotel offers breakfast from 7a-10a on the weekends and there was always plenty of food to chose from. They had oatmeal, bagels, waffles, cereal, eggs, etc. There was coffee, hot water, and juice to drink. The pool was the best Hilton pool that we have ever seen. The saline pool was incredibly clean, the water temperature was perfect, and there was always enough towels by the pool. We come to this area once a year and are so glad to have found this wonderful hotel. We are already planning our next visit for next year.

There are many great things about this hotel. It has a nice clean lobby with a coffee station. The employees are nice. The breakfast was above average with hot food and a decent selection. The rooms are relatively large with a small couch and tables with rollers. The kichenette had china and a dishwasher. But our room had dirty dishes in the dishwasher and no duvet or blanket. It did have a duvet cover, but no duvet. When they brought one the next day, it was a quilted bedspread with sides that were like bedskirts. Weird to me. In addition, the hotel wafted scented air through the rooms. We were wondering why we were so congested, but when we got home we realized all of our stuff smelled like Glade air freshener. So personally, I wouldn't stay there again due to allergies.

The hotel was in a great location. Close to interstate and nice area with more growth happening. Room was nice and good breakfast choices. Convenient to places to eat and shopping. Bathroom was nice. Internet was down so we could not get a room key but the hotel desk took us personally to our room.
