Staybridge Suites ST Louis - Westport

Such friendly welcoming staff, Ty was such a big help and so friendly. Deana was also so friendly and helpful, our ice maker was not making any ice, she had her staff make ice and they will let you get as much as you need until your ice maker starts making it again. Very clean hotel, comfortable sturdy beds, extremely clean rooms, full kitchen, dishwasher, full size fridge freezer, cooktop, sink anything you would have in a small kitchen right in your room. BBQ grill area, fire pit with comfy seating around it, basketball court, heated indoor pool was super clean and open late! Breakfast went until 10:30 am for us was great we got to sleep in a little bit and not miss the wonderful breakfast. They have a huge variety of hot and cold food, soda machine, 2 waffle makers, fresh fruits all sorts of cereal and even a quesadilla bar. Very safe area close to St. Louis or the surrounding suburbs with lots of entertainment and food options within a couple minutes. This stay has us switching from loyal Hilton members ( we think Hilton has gone downhill over the last few years as far as member benefits go, and hotel cleanliness and quality). IHG now will have our business, we love that the Staybridge has the same level but higher of the competition Embassy suites we usually always stay at. We do not usually review a bunch of our stays but this stay was worth a review and hope it helps some. We are a family of 4 and love to travel.

Excellent Staybridge suites location. Will stay again. Very clean rooms are well kept. Breakfast selection was wonderful. All staff was very friendly. Outside patio is a very nice touch. Location is very consistent with the Staybridge brand as we stayed at several different locations throughout the Midwest.

The hotel in my opinion is 100% 5 Star went to the front Desk to get assistant the gentleman Corhan helped me was very polite took his time and focused on detail. I recommend this place for comfort and staffing was amazing. Thanks to Corhan what a nice young man

but unfortunately it appears they do none here. It is very obvious they either operate as a bare bones staffing hotel or they don't employ properly to keep a hotel of this quality clean and updated, and it's too bad. Housekeeping needs some additional focus on cleaning and maintaining.

Friendly staff and fun "Guest of the Day" promotion. Sadly, they use Styrofoam bowls and cups, no plant based milk or vegan options and they don't recycle. Just like everywhere else, they are short staffed so the basic cleaning appears to be done but not the detailed items like fridge and cabinet fonts, grout in tile floors etc.

As has been previously reviewed here, the hotel building is fine but it's the way it is maintained and the total lack of service exhibited here. Missing and clueless staff are the hallmark here. The Sheraton properties across the street offer free shuttle to Lambert, so better for airport travel if you need it.

Our family visited this hotel while taking in a Cardinals game for my husband's birthday. While we were checking in, I mentioned in passing that we were there to celebrate my husband's birthday. When we returned later that night, there was a Happy Birthday sign on the door and a goodie bag for my husband with snacks and a few goodies. It was really wonderful and such a nice and unexpected touch. It meant a lot. We stayed in a room with two bedrooms, and it was very clean, spacious and nice. This was a wonderful stay, and I cannot say enough good things about it. The breakfast was great with many more options that are usually found at a free hotel breakfast. Everything was first class. Although everything was great, the topper really was the added birthday touch. Super nice!

I really like StayBridge I love how the suites look there are so many cool parts like the tiny sticky stuff u hang on your door like pet inside don’t disturb those stuff but there are some stuff they could improve I realized these things. Well they should add kid friendly movies not killing and stuff it’s very concerning and disturbing when I eat. Next there should be more halal food selection, like chicken I know it’s expensive but just try to, overall there aren’t that many food selections. Another thing your hotel fee should come with atleast one free thing from the pantry. Another thing I don’t know if I read it right or wrong but if the pool is open to 8am-10am then it should be longer like the pool should be open 9am-4pm something like that. They should also add more storage rooms and maybe some life jackets or pool noodles or like floaties in the pool that would be nice. They should like add like people who barbecue for you but it costs money there should be like a menu like I can grill chicken pork beef steak all that stuff. That’s pretty much it for improvements and I would really appreciate it if you guys atleast added one of those things I wrote it took me a lot of brainstorming to get these ideas. overall the hotel is 4.6 stars in my opinion - Arbab the feedback writer:D

My husband and I and our four young children stayed on Maryland Heights. We reserved a room with two queen beds and pull out couch, but were upgraded to a full suite! We so appreciated the extra space!! It was clean and comfortable for families.
