Agriturismo Iazzo Scagno

A wonderful place in a secluded part of Puglia. We stayed here as a one night stop off between Lecce and Monopoli. But what a beautiful place. The rooms are simple but decorated to a high standard. The food was homely and delicious. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. The location is very secluded but is only 15 minute drive to Martina Franca. So best of both worlds. The pool is gone now, but we didn't miss it. A lovely place.

This agriturismo provides very relaxing accommodation in the heart of Puglia and close to Martina Franca. Decent rooms, fantastic outdoor pool, and space to walk around the farm. Dinner was fine but breakfast was even better! Very reasonably priced.

We chose this Masseria as we wanted to be relatively close to one of the towns we were planning to visit ie Martina Franca, but wanted a place that had easy parking and a restaurant onsite in case we didn't feel like driving on country roads at night for dinner. This was an ideal spot and a real highlight of our trip. There is just one of the region's trulli houses which is where reception is located. Our room was in a block a couple of minutes walk from the main building in a purpose built stone accommodation building with about 5 rooms. Our room was very spacious with a lovely bed, and table and chairs for 4, a lovely stone bathroom and overall had everything we needed. The pool area is fantastic and with only having a few rooms we felt like we had it to ourselves. The breakfasts were great with a really good selection of items - even for my gluten-free requirements. When we came back to the accommodation after a day of exploring, it was no problem for the staff to serve us a bottle of wine in an ice bucket and to sit outside with some snacks they provided. We actually had dinner in the restaurant twice. It was delicious food and we really enjoyed and they had a small but good wine selection. This was an ideal location to explore Puglia from and we thoroughly recommend it. It was very well priced for the space and services provided. And all the staff were fantastic and very helpful and accommodating. We especially loved Matilda - she checked us in and was very helpful.

What a great place in the countryside near to Martina Franca! Very comfortable rooms with a nice pool and outside areas, breakfasts were delightful and you have the option to dine in at night as well. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Amenities were a little limited but we found that with many hotels in Italy. Use this as a base to go and explore Puliga by car.

Siamo stati a pranzo in questo posto meraviglioso immerso nella valle d’itria, posto curato, personale super preparato e gentile,pulizia degli ambienti impeccabile, cibo di qualità e preparato con cura nei dettagli, pochi piatti ma ottimi,non ho dato 5 stelle solo per il fatto che purtroppo il menù è sempre lo stesso, di sicuro lo consiglio e ci ritornerò ma con la consapevolezza di mangiare una cucina che già conosco,complimenti a tutto lo staff

Masseria molto bella immersa nel verde e in alberi secolari. Camere molto curate , pulite ,originali e veramente graziose Colazione buona e abbondante con prodotti del territorio Si respira pace e rispetto per l'ambiente Consigliatissimo
