The room was spotless, well-appointed, and had a stunning view. The bed was so comfortable that I slept like a baby every night. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a wide variety of options to suit every palate. The hotel's location was convenient, close to major attractions and shopping areas. Highly recommended for a flawless experience!

From check-in to check-out, my stay at this hotel was absolutely flawless. Impeccable service, luxurious amenities, and a genuinely warm atmosphere made my experience unforgettable. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a top-notch hotel experience!

This was not our first time at this hotel. Let me start by saying the staff is very nice. But we were surprised by the condition of the hotel. Our room was clean, however there was a musty smell in the room and hallway. We hoped running the air conditioner more would help this but it didn't. The bed was very firm and made noise getting out of it or moving. The bathroom outlet was not by the mirror, but over by the towel rack on a side wall. We were given the handicapped room which wasn't requested. It the past breakfast included eggs and sausage. It only had biscuits and gravy, waffles, cereal and some bread items. We noticed the pool wasn't operational. It seems the hotel is not being maintained any longer like in the past. For this particular side of the lake it was a place you used to could count on. I hope things improve otherwise we'll have to look elsewhere.

The best asset of the hotel is people working there; they are very nice. The parking lot is woefully lacking of light. I felt unsafe out there at night. The breakfast is a diabetic’s nightmare; no eggs, bacon or sausage. It was pretty much limited to a waffle, cereal or biscuits and gravy. I guess my diabetic friend might be able to get by with yogurt and an apple. I left my baseball cap or on the dresser overnight. In the morning it was soaking wet. I suspect the HVAC needs attention. The towel bars in the bathroom were corroded. They need to be replaced.

We stayed here a couple of days during the Paducah Quilt Show, while meeting some family, and enjoyed the experience overall. The front-desk staff were welcoming and accommodating. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, with our room being a comfortable retreat during our visit. The complimentary breakfast was fair; and the staff person there had to be reminded to restock food and utensils (she did do it very quickly). Two points to consider: The walls are quite thin, and neighboring tv, conversations, coughing, etc are quite noticeable. Also, there is no elevator. Thankfully, other family members volunteered to take the second story room (with a queen bed); so those of us with mobility issues did not have to struggle. Besides those two points, the hotel can provide decent accommodations for those staying in the area.

Cute hotel. But not at all accommodating to amputees. Nevermind a handicapped room. There were no first floor rooms available despite our having reservations, AND no elevators!! The best they could do was put our luggage on this dumbwaiter type thing and send it upstairs while we walked up. I'm posting this because there's a lack of handicapped awareness. I don't think the hotel was intentionally lacking in consideration. But people and businesses will treat you however you allow them to. I walked up the stairs and carried my own luggage. I was in town to perform with an internationally known band, which really shouldn't matter as everyone should be treated equally. However no accommodation was made or even offered.

The hotel itself was nice and the room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast wasn't very good and we ended up going to a restaurant to eat instead. The reason I gave a three star review comes down to one of the staff, unfortunately. There was a huge wedding party staying. I would actually guess the majority of the rooms were filled with the wedding party and guests. The mother of the groom had already spoken to one of the front desk workers who assured her that it would be okay for us to have the pool area and back patio for a get together after the reception, which ended at 11:00. It was only a small group. To preface, the age range was probably late 30's at the youngest up to 70-80's. So we weren't being excessively loud or rowdy. As soon as we got out there, Kathy, the woman at the desk at that time, started giving us the eye. Before too long, she came out screaming! Told us she was getting complaints (which none of us believe to be true) and to get out. She said we had thirty minutes to put the chairs on the patio exactly where they'd been before and to get out of the area. She was overly rude and excessively loud. Many of the guests decided they would never set foot in that hotel again. She single-handedly ruined what was supposed to be a fun celebratory gathering that had previously been okayed with the other staff. Because of that, I can't give the hotel the rating it otherwise would have received.
