Beautiful in every way - our favorite place so far. Well appointed suite was perfect for us. Friendly staff who helped us with our very limited French. On site breakfast was wonderful. On site sauna and spa. Restaurants and bakery within walking distance. Only regret we didn’t plan a longer stay for Hotel 96! Thank you!

This place is amazing! It feels like a little peace of Provence nestled in the middle of Marseille. Laure, the young lady at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful and the breakfast was amazing: organic bread, home made jam, compote, cakes, muesli and yogurts!! And lots more. A real feast. The swimming pool is beautiful. Our family of four stayed only three nights but we would have loved to stay longer. We warmly recommend.

Everything about this hotel felt good. We had a spacious well-designed room, overlooking the garden and the swimming pool. The bedding is very good. Breakfast in the garden was a pleasure every day. The hotel is located on the south side of Marseille in a quiet neighbourhood, not far from the Calanques. The first day we parked our car near the stadium of Olympique Marseille, cloae to the metro; the other days we used the rental bicycles from the hotel. Cycling in Marseille is well doable, especially when you follow the bike lanes into the city and to the beaches.

I left Hotel 96 with the words 'this has probably been the best short stay I've ever had'! Too much, not really. The family run hotel epitomises the warm welcome, you feel part of the 'family' from arrival to departure. The staff were so attentive and helpful even before our arrival, ensuring the chosen room was acceptable and trying to sort out our travel needs during busy times - the rugby World Cup! The facilities are excellent, clean and comfortable, as you would expect from your own home - if not more so! The breakfasts scrumptious featuring home made jams, compotes and cakes. Home now and actually missing the family, staff and Iossou the dog!

The rooms are lovely, well-decorated with very comfortable beds and excellent facilities. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. It's a very quiet hotel, so the bar and restaurant are not open too late, but that was fine for us. We had lunch in the bar/restaurant area though, and it was great and affordable food. Would definitely recommend for a quiet getaway outside of the city.

We love Hotel 96! It is an oasis of quiet and comfort in the midst of a busy city. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfasts are varied and always excellent. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful!

Great little hotel! Perfect to go hiking in the Calanques and escape the busy city center. Staff was lovely and very helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back next time we travel to Marseille!

Delightful place. Did not expect it to be so lovely. Beautiful gardens. Fresh clean new-feeling rooms. Friendly staff. Nice pool. Breakfast is all local & the yogurt... omg ... delicious. Highly recommend!

This hotel had been recommended to us by friends who live in Marseille, we loved the location for beautiful hikes in unspoiled places but we regretted that we had to take the car to visit the center of Marseille, It is therefore a mixed opinion that I write today, we liked the welcome and the proximity to the staff, we would have liked to meet the owners during our short stay because we like small hotels and the owners usually come to greet us but not here, too bad
