Retal View North Coast Aqua Park

The place is pretty good with nice furniture,amazing food that exceeds expectations and great facility and best of all very nice staff ! But,they need to improve maintenance,wipe furniture because it smells and take care of plumbing problems. They need to open a bathroom for people in the pool other than the reception's bathroom! And most important to get a net for the lifeguards to take out jellyfish of the sea! The guy has burned off his hand trying to get jellyfish out! That was very inhumane! When we talked to a supervisor,he claimed that the lifeguard has a net but prefers to not use it and burns his hands! Very unprofessional and mean comment !they really need to take care of their staff and treat them humanely! and there is anything that can be done to prevent jellyfish stings that would be great because there was a lot of them! I would definitely go back if they improve these problems and take care of there lifeguard's safety!

Car was intentionally damaged in the parking and the security claimed that it is not working. one of the managers told one of the pool guard to insult any guest who touch the pool separator between the adults and kids pools. سيارتى تم تهشيمها عمدا بداخل الجراج ومدير الأمن أدعى عطل كاميرات المراقبه.. شخص من الاداره رفع صوته فى منطقة حمام السباحه امامى وبلغ حرس حمام السباحه بأن من يلمس الحبل الفاضل بين حمام سباحة الكبار والصغار حرفيا (طلع عين أمه) تجربه للاسف لا ارغب فى تكرارها

الفندق نضيف اوي لكن التكييف مش مظبوط في الغرف ورائحة الغرف مكتومة الباصات مواعيدها متباعدة محتاجة زيادة اكتر مش معقول باص كل ساعتين المطعم حلو ومتنوع والويترز ممتازين وخدومين جدا لكن مش كل الاكل كان مستوي كويس

من اجمل الاماكان في الساحل الشمالي. يوجد قاعات كامله التجهيز. جميع العاملين في الخدمه في اي وقت. يوجد العاب لترفيه. المكان هادي للاستجمام . مساج لراحه. الاستمتاع بمشاهده مباريات امم افرقيا . فيو الغرفه منظر جميل من اعلي الفندق. اتمني زياره.
