Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans cet hôtel (faisant, malheureusement, confiance aux avis positifs pour la réservation). C'est ma plus mauvaise expérience dans un hôtel Mercure ! Cet hôtel situé dans un lieu sans intérêt dispose d'un parking non-clos largement sous-dimensionné (on est obligé de se garer n'importe comment). Le personnel est juste correct (certains employés sont polis et avenants, d'autres tournent la tête pour ne pas avoir à saluer...). La chambre était de taille correcte. Le lit s'est avéré être deux lits individuels juxtaposés pas combinés entre eux. La chambre ne dispose pas de plafonnier et les éclairages indirects sont de faible intensité. Elle ne dispose pas de support pour les bagages, ni de bloc et de stylo comme on trouve toujours dans les hôtels de cette gamme. La télévision était censée disposer d'une chaine en Français (TV5) qui ne fonctionnait pas et le Wi-Fi manque de fiabilité. Au niveau salle de bain, il a fallu se contenter de deux petits sachets de gel douche/cheveux durant les 3 nuit et pour les 2 personnes (même pas de renouvellement quotidien !) et le pommeau de douche est digne du siècle dernier. Quant au petit-déjeuner, le choix est inférieur à celui de la plupart des 2 étoiles. Même si le prix n'est pas très élevé, le service est de qualité déplorable.
