Costa Dourada Village

Hotel e super limpo e muito lindo. A comida é boa e os atendes são super atenciosos! Im só glad I stayed here because the experience was very authentic but nevertheless professional and incredible. I would highly Recommend Marinas bar as the food is fresh and tasty.

The place is indeed beautiful. Almost a TV-made scenario. There's lots of attractions to spend the time, both for kids or adults. Staff is friendly. Grocery store is fine. The breakfast is good. And that's it. One of the worst experiences I had in a Pousada/ village though. The beach in front of the place is full of sargasso and waves are not kid-friendly as some had stated. They're strong. Besides, water is not clear, it's very brown. The menu is expensive and has only few options. It does not have a single vegetable, only protein and carbs. The house is FULL of bugs and small animals. We saw huge roaches every day there, inclusive in the tableware drawer. There are frogs everywhere at night, even around the shower. The illumination is bad between kitchen and living room and there's no AC nor fan there. There's an open gap between the walls and the roofs. No way bugs will be kept outside. So disappointed when talking to the staff about the bugs and the answer was like "you're in the middle of the wild, you should expect this". Complete lie. I had just come from a Pousada in Carneiros Beach, in the middle of the wild, and did not see a single bug the 4 days I was there, not even mosquitoes. Will never go back to Costa Dourada village. Not worth the money at all.

Excelente opcion de alojamiento en MARAGOGI Sin necesidad de gastar exageradamente con los ALL INCLUSIVE Completo con todo a la mano Son Bungalows muy bonitos, amplios y bien cuidados, afueron con una mesa grande, parrilla y cama paraguaya excelente para ir en grupo o familias Super tranquilo Piscina espectacular, al lado del restaurante/desayunador Playa privada al lado de la piscina, todo espectacular Tiene un mercado pequeño con todo lo necesario en la recepcion, pero sino tambien podes comprar en un supermercado del centro (recomendable si tenes auto)

Estivemos no costa dourada no feriado de 15/11; ao chegar fomos recepcionados por uma atendente seria, poucas palavras e de semblante fechado. Falando sobre a acomodação, é impecável e dispõe de todos os itens para curtir descansar em família! As áreas comuns são muito bem cuidadas e vemos a todo o tempo funcionários zelando pelos espaços. Em nosso check out, tivemos novo problema com a referida atendente; nosso passeio atrasou e de forma pró ativa, enviamos whastapp informando que atrasaríamos no máximo 30 minutos. A resposta foi uma ligação dessa atendente, só que dessa vez bem grosseira informando que não poderíamos atrasar 1 minuto… pois o hotel estava com ocupação máxima. Após essa ligação rude e grosseira, simulamos no site uma nova reserva e não muito para nossa surpresa tinham acomodações disponíveis. Ou seja, a fala grosseira da referida atendente foi desproporcional… cabe por parte da administração, treinar seu time de recepção… No mais retornaríamos com toda certeza, pois esse episódio não refaz todos os dias bons que passamos nesse Village.

O Costa Dourada Village é um lugar muito agradável, que oferece uma estrutura cada vez melhor (já fui em duas oportunidades e só mehorou) e com acesso a praias maravilhosas na região, além de acesso rápido às galés de Maragogi. As casas são confortáveis e bem estruturadas. Altamente recomendado.

As instalações do chalé são muitas boas e confortáveis. Fiquei no de 03 quartos e serviu minha família perfeitamente. O Hotel não fornece serviço limpeza e nem serviço de quarto, mas tem um mercadinho com o básico que atende perfeitamente. O restaurante é muito bom! só achei meio salgado e que eles fecham muito cedo. O ponto da praia é excelente. O restaurante toca música durante o dia, se vc prefere silencio, prefira ficar mais para dentro.
