IN DIRE NEED OF MAINTENANCE Our 3room apartment was spacious and generally clean but staff missed cleaning one of the bathrooms..... still with used soap on the soap-dish and clumps of hair in the drain. Yucks! We got out rooms only at 6.30pm Staff was friendly and courteous. Hotel in dire need of maintenance and refurbishment. The pool at D'Ocean wing was closed for upgrading and the pool at D'Sea wing has so many broken tiles, it's safety hazard. Guests have cut their toes. No regulations on proper swimming attire. Water is murky and dirty. There's nothing much to do here except for paddle boat and grouper fish feeding (I only saw 4 in the pond). Other recreational facilities are closed or in shambles. The Marina Island Ferry Jetty is just 10mins walk away. It's more popular than Lumut Jetty because the ferry ride to Pangkor is just 10mins compared to 40mins from Lumut Jetty. If you are a guest from the hotel on a day trip to Pangkor, I suggest you walk to the jetty because just too many cars, you might need to park so far away, almost back at hotel....and with RM20 parking fee!! There are no restaurants open for dinner at the Hotel....only one at the restaurant & bar at the Marina Island jetty

Nur wenige Gehminuten vom schönsten Strand der Insel entfernt. Obwohl es sich um ein malaiisches Gebiet handelt, sind die Malaysier auch sehr freundlich. Es gibt zwei berühmte Sonnenuntergangsrestaurants auf der Insel in der Nähe, das Navigation Daddy Café. Ich denke, der Preis ist etwas teurer als in chinesischen Restaurants, aber günstiger als in inländischen Restaurants. Im Hotel gibt es Katzen, Tukane und in den Bergen dahinter Affen. Insgesamt den Preis wert. Da es nur wenige Kommentare gibt, werde ich noch ein paar Sätze beisteuern. Wenn es einen Parkplatz für Bewohner gibt, denken Sie daran, beim Reinigen des Zimmers das Schild an der Tür mit „Make up the room“ zu ändern, sonst wissen Sie, dass Sie nicht zum Reinigen kommen sollten. Am nahegelegenen Strand gibt es Meeres- und Wasseraktivitäten und die Preise sind gut.

Name : Nizam Masood Stay : 2 Person (Standard Room). Room No : 112 Date : 14 Sept - 15 Sept 2020. Location : The location is nicely located right in the small street very near to the beach. There are many guesthouses around and this one is very easy to spot. Get a taxi from the jetty, it only costs me RM 16.00 (for 2). The taxi driver know the chalets by heart. The location is ideal and not so noisy. I love this features. Reception : We arrived around 11am. The room is not ready yet as we expected. The receptionists are very kind to let us put our stuffs and asked us to wander around first. They will give us a call around 2pm when our room is ready. They helped us to arrange our motorcycle rental. And they are very knowledgeable about their island. Thru my one day stay, all the staffs had been extremely helpful. Room : We came back around 1.30pm and the receptionists hurried to tell us the room 112 is ready. We know by the look of this resort that this is not a grand chalet, but I GOT MORE THAN WHAT I PAID. The room is spacious, enough for rucksacks and for us to walk. The design is very traditional and the AC works super fine. I didnot try the TV, I dont see why I have to watch TV while being in Pangkor. Hot water is perfectly fine and the bathroom is clean. The room does feel a bit sandy but thats the feeling of being so near to sea. I believe they cleaned the room 100% but with winds and stuffs, nothing can be done about that. After all, it is a perfect hotel near the beach. Food : We didnot order room with any meal packages. No idea. Environment : This is what it feels like to be on a holiday by the beach in a traditional chalet. The area is very hype, but local enough for us to enjoy. The whole experience had been very positive for me. The hotel, the beach, the sea, the receptionists, the lobby area, the restaurants around and the live band, I think all of them are PERFECT. Recommendation : You have a wide lobby. I think you can add a bit of an entertainment there like a pool table. But thats just some recommendations. Satisfaction : TOTALLY 100% SATISFIED. I totally recommend this resort to anyone who wants to go to Pangkor. You cannot go wrong. Try this and be amazed.

Wir haben gerade einen 6-Nacht-Unterkunft in diesem schönen Hotel abgeschlossen und können es gründlich empfehlen. Wir wurden Zimmer 62 zugewiesen, was alles war, sehr geräumig mit einem großen Bett und einem starken warmen Dusche. Es hatte auch einen Front-Balkon mit Meerblick. Ein großer als Sie für den Reiniger, der unser Zimmer sehr gut serviert, war immer unverschämt sauber und geräuchert sehr schön. Die Frühstückswahl war nur richtig, eine Eistation war für die Auswahl der Eier verfügbar, es gab auch eine Nudelstation und mein Lieblings-...Roti Canai. Das Personal im Essensraum war schnell zu den Tischen und das Essen war gut geschmackvoll, so danke den Kochen und dem Personal. Das Hotel war immer verfügbar und sehr angenehm, es war auch gut, einen ständigen Sicherheitsbeamten vor dem Hotel zu haben, er war immer lächelnd und hilfsbereit, ein sehr nett Mann. Danke für Ihre Hilfe mit unserem Gepäck und für die Unterstützung, die wir mit unserem Motorrad parken usw. Das Hotel verfügt auch über einen sehr schönen Pool und Lounges, mit Handtüchern verfügbar. So wirklich tickt es alle Boxen für einen großen Aufenthalt und die Nachtpreise sind sehr vernünftig. Ich kann dieses Hotel sehr empfehlen.
