Sie haben mit meiner Familie einen Tag geblieben und sie gab mir eine kostenlose Upgrade zum Zimmer mit Meerblick. Freundliches Personal, und sie haben einen sauberen Schwimmbad, in dem wir einen tollen Abend genossen. Sie haben auch genügend Parkplatz. Lebensmittelgeschmack muss verbessert werden.

Location is near railway station for comfortable travel by train without going into traffic blocks. Near to all amenitis. breakfast was good, but South Indian choices ( can rate 4/5)Room was clean ,spacious .
I think no kitchen in hotel other than for breakfast. When v ordered food in the evening, It was bought from local restaurant, which didn't find acceptable.

Very poor quality and unstable WiFi. Even their IT engineer could not help. Complementary breakfast has very limited options without any healthy options except for cut fruits. Felt cheated in the restaurant and also by front desk staff when I was told no discount for hotel guests which turned out to be incorrect as per voucher. We had to request for many things inside room which were missed by HK staff. No ring for hanging hand towel near wash basin and no hand soap dispenser or soap dish too near wash basin making it very inconvenient.

My partner and i recently stayed at he-era and had an exceptional experience. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff were warm, welcoming, and eager to assist. From check-in to check-out, we felt valued and cared for. We highly recommend he-era for its exceptional service, amenities, and comfort. Our stay was truly unforgettable.

Der Aufenthalt war gut, das Essen ist gut, das Personal ist hilfreich, aber die Zimmer sind ein bisschen alt und das Badezimmer ist nicht bis zu markieren. bedeutet, dass der Tauchschlauch geschnitten und der Boden wurde gebrochen.
Der gesamte Aufenthalt war gut, wenn das Hotel ihre Infrastruktur aufzuwerten wäre es noch besser.

Das Hotel war komfortabel und sauber. Es sieht auch aus wie ein sehr sicherer und sicherer Ort. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und schnell zu helfen. Ich konnte Änderungen in meiner Buchung nach Gespräch mit dem Empfangsmitglied leicht machen. Autos sind leicht verfügbar, da es einen Auto Rickshaw Stand direkt gegenüber dem Hotel gibt. Es gibt keine gute Essenswerte, aber Swiggy und Zomato-Dienste sind verfügbar.

Das Zimmer ist in Ordnung, Big and Clear.
Das Personal ist nett.
Aber keine Haartrockner im Zimmer, muss mit Rezeption beantragen.

2. centralized Air conditioner well maintained.
3. RO water in the Restroom.
4. Both Veg & Non Veg resturants available seperately.
5. Roof Top swimming pool.
6. Welcoming behaviour of tier 2 employees. ( Waitress, Door ***)
Cons:
1. Complimentary breakfast will not be ready on time.They say it starts at 7:30 but dishes will not be available if you go on time. I noticed this never corrected after visiting twice to his Hotel.
2. Rooms are not cleaned unless you keep following them to do it.
3. Particularly a male receptionist ( not noticed his name) has a very bad attitude. If we ask any queries his replies are not polite. He answers like as we no nothing to throw his intelligence.

Bed linen is clean but too old they need tobe replaced with new ones. Service is good but no room service. Staff is well behaved. Cleanliness and hygien is excellent. Keep it up. Good wishes.

ZZahra baghestaniLocation is good close to center, 30 min drive to airport and close to attractions. Room is specious and has kettle, tea and coffee provided.
Wifi works perfectly. It's very clean. Staffs are amazing and helpful.
The only problem there are many mosquitoes in room and some cockroaches in bathroom

GGastnutzerThis is our third stay at Goldfinch in 3 months. The rooms have usually been quite clean but this time the bathroom had mould on the ceiling. My sister developed an allergic reaction and sneezed all night developing a cough by the next day.
This kind of mould in the environment is very hazardous to people especially children, the elderly or those who have a weak immune system. The establishment should ensure air-conditioning units are cleaned and serviced regularly and rooms inspected for mould on a regular basis.
