Hazzle free chech in. Very courteous receptionists, and other staff menbers. Room is very tidy. Proximity to our marathon start line helped us reach the place early morning on time.

No parking, quite dissatisfied because my friend who accompanied me was disabled so getting out on the busy road and entering the hotel wasn't easy. But the staff named keshav and the watchman helped us. They were very good. The room and beds were good but the bathroom floor is unkempt. The tiles have to be replaced as they look old and shabby. One of the bed linen had to be changed as it was stained. Again keshav came to our rescue. Air freshners have to be kept inside the bathroom. The reception staff were friendly and pleasant. The food was tasty and excellent dinner, and breakfast was really good. Your chef is very good. Happy with the food quality and quantity. Overall cleanliness has to be spruced up because i have stayed earlier in other vets hotel and they were all great, so this one i was disappointed as it didn't live up to my expectations. The room was okay but the bathroom tiles were old and shabby. Need to replace them. The li nen of one bed had to be changed as it was stained. Keshav came to our aid. He was very helpful and very pleasant. Good job done. Air freshener has to be placed in the bathroom. The food was very tasty and excellent. Both dinner and breakfast was great, in quantity and quality. The chef is doing a fantastic job. Overall average stay and didn't live upto my expectations as i have lived in other vits hotel which were excellent.

worst treatment by staff members 😑 manager horrible person...as a manager he doesn'tknow how to speak and handle the guest.. their hospitality is soo bad 😢 nonsense , bad experience

Il prefer staying here on my next visit, the staff is very cooperative, and u can find both veg and non veg restaurants separately. Kudroli temple is in walking distance n u will also get transport facility just outside the hotel. Room and washroom is also very nice n well maintained, cleanliness is also very good.

The stay was pleasant. The location & property is very nice. Reception & staff were cooperative. Breakfast is tasty. Recommended to visit again to enjoy the trip. we are fully satisfied with the cost ,👍✅

Very positive and polite team, check-in was smooth, hotel location is also very good. This is my second visit and the team recognizes us. Both times my check-in was too early and the team supported my requests and made arrangements.wish u all good luck keep doing what u guys doing. Thanks
