Expected a 3 star rating hotel. Only providing facilities like desk, almirah etc doesn't make it a 3 star hotel. Basic hygiene was absent. No ventilation absolutely for the room, making it damp and smelly. Ac remote is not available for all rooms, making our stay very inconvenient. But people were friendly and helpful, the only plus about the hotel. Improving quality of hygiene would really help.

worst treatment by staff members 😑 manager horrible person...as a manager he doesn'tknow how to speak and handle the guest.. their hospitality is soo bad 😢 nonsense , bad experience

Il prefer staying here on my next visit, the staff is very cooperative, and u can find both veg and non veg restaurants separately. Kudroli temple is in walking distance n u will also get transport facility just outside the hotel. Room and washroom is also very nice n well maintained, cleanliness is also very good.

Rooms and service were good, but there was continuous stink of cigarettes and they don’t have non smoking rooms. They did clean and use the room freshener, but cigarette stink was coming back. Apart from that breakfast, service were on point.

The stay was pleasant. The location & property is very nice. Reception & staff were cooperative. Breakfast is tasty. Recommended to visit again to enjoy the trip. we are fully satisfied with the cost ,👍✅

Very positive and polite team, check-in was smooth, hotel location is also very good. This is my second visit and the team recognizes us. Both times my check-in was too early and the team supported my requests and made arrangements.wish u all good luck keep doing what u guys doing. Thanks

It was a great stay. Everything was just perfect. Cherry on the cake was restaurant. They have two different restaurants for veg and nonveg that is really something different i experienced. Housekeeping staff were too helpful, friendly and polite. They always take our review for their work done. Rooms were wow n neat. Only one thing with the property was a little drawback that the foul smell of fish was there around the area. We booked 2 rooms n suggested one of our friend about the hotel so they also booked room here too and we all really loved the stay together. Spacious walkways out of the rooms was great for kids to pass time. Toilets and bathroom were clean. Daily housekeeping was there without any delay. Room service was prompt and the providers were polite, humble and co operative. Teabags, coffee and milk powder pouch were also available any time u ask. Overall it was a memorable trip for 3 of our families. We were in rooms 311, 309 and 305. I booked one room for us and one for my friend so my friend was thanking me for choosing such an amazing room. Keep it up. Hope we will experience similar stay in future too.

Located near kudroli temple. Very nice ambience. Good pure vegetarian hotel & a bar & restaurant on the ground floor. Clean bathrooms with all necessary toiletries & clean linen. Very good front desk host and polite room staff. Nice air conditioning, mineral water, hotpot, tea coffee sachets etc provided. Very good value for money stay. Would love to come back. Parking on the street is the only concern.
