Location on busy city center. Very near to tourist attractions. Cleanliness is good. Fast room service.

The service was bad, rooms were not up to the mark. We have been to this place twice before but our experience this time was bad. There were cockroaches in the room. The exhaust fan was not working. We complained to the reception or staff no action was taken. Kettel provided was in bad condition only after repeated complaints we were provided with a new kettle. Basic things also like coffee powder, milk powder sugar were not provided. Towels were not provided well. Overall a horrible experience this time. I will not recommend this further to anyone.

We had a pleasant stay at hotel karuna residency in mangalore. The hotel is located in a prime location which gives it a big advantage. The room was comfortable, the breakfast options were delicious and the staff was courteous. We will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and family. Thank you.

Hotel is prime location but there is no parking facility. Rooms are having small pests and cacroches. I have choosen for breakfast including. Breakfast is very bad. They have provided in a small petty hotel. Poor quality. I suggest not to include breakfast during booking.

The location of the hotel is very good. It's in the city center. Food is very expensive considering the hotel is 2 star. Room size is okay with all basic amenities. Service is also very prompt. Overall good stay for 1-2 nights. Only issue is parking space as hotel is bit inside from the main road.

Decent rooms for short stay. There is no kettle or coffee kit in room. Only 1 litre of water per room. There were small cockroaches in room.

The hotel staff behaviour was so helpful and the hotel rooms are good. I did not use the hotel restaurant however the surrounding restaurant food was delicious.
