This only offer rooms no conceirge, no dining area, bit has hot drinks & kettle in room with snacks. Rooms are clean,large and comfortable. We had a Queen bed that was quite firm, but not a Slumberland firmness. Had a fridge, writing table, clothes cupboard and side table and well lit. All hotel in Manarola need a walk uphill. 5 Terre is about 250m uphill, and about 40 steps to the room. We were given a beautiful “Yellow” room with a small balcony. Aircon, safe n power points make this hotel. Service Amee?? She met us at the exit of the tunnel from the Manarola train station and escorted us up to the room..our 3 pc of luggage were portered up to the room and we were asked to pay €20 for that service. I think we were overcharged. Briefed us about the use of keys, places to eat, and the boat nhayou need to request for it. Got it the next morning. Strange practice. A benefit in being a guest of 5 Terre is that they are a leading provider of Boat Tours at Cinque Terre and I was charged €65 for asunset tour, same price for day tour. Instead of about €100 sold om Klook, which is the going rate for the tour. Sunset tour starts at 6pm report by 530pm Tour is about 2 ½hr. Overall a very good room and stay. Just need to be aware that there's a lot of climbing uphill, and many steps.

Cinque Terre was spectacular, but our host Loris and the beautiful residence made our trip perfect. Communication was timely and detailed as to which train station, turn by turn walking directions, best places for breakfast and dinner, and set us up for an amazing sunset boat cruise. Our room was beautiful and had a large bathroom. Down the hall was a common area patio with a perfect view of the town square, down the main street, and all the way to the sea. We spent one day jumping off the rocks and swimming in the crystal clear sea, then the next day took a very short train ride ($6) up past Montarosso to Bonassola, a beach the locals frequent. Great suggestion Loris, thanks for everything!

I can’t say enough great things about this place. I felt welcome from the very second as one of the staff met me at the end of the pedestrian tunnel to help with my bags up the steep hill to the hotel (you’ll get used to it). Loris the concierge was so warm and bubbly it was like making an instant friend. I stayed in the charming Shabby Chic room, though I’d argue it was more chic than shabby! Super clean and spacious room/en suite bathroom. Would definitely stay here again!

We spent two nights in this hotel. Short walk up the hill once coming out of the tunnel from the train station. Nice room and bathroom with lots of hot water and good water pressure. Overlooking a square (which was quite noisy during the day, but very quiet at night) with a sea view. Decent size balcony (common space) to enjoy a drink. Close to restaurants, shops, markets and boat excursions. No breakfast, but a coffee machine downstairs. We felt very welcome when we arrived and were able to leave our bags when going for a hike. Even with some restricted hours for reception, the owner made it work. Very friendly and accommodating. Laundry facilities upon request. Safe and fridge in room. Good housekeeping. Recommended.

Il nostro alloggio era accogliente, pulito e ordinato… non facilmente raggiungibile a chi ha difficoltà motorie, ma era tutto spiegato sul sito… non cercavo il lusso o la vista mare, mi bastavano 2 passi per avere una vista stupenda…biancheria da bagno e da letto pulita e ben stirata.. cucina, lavatrice, bagno con doccia… Disponibilità da parte della proprietaria…

Excellent accueil de la part de Loris (au bureau de la société, via belvedere, en bas du village). Le logement est situé dans un immeuble en haut du village (Via dei Mulini). Présence d'un réfrigérateur (vide). Mise à disposition, sur une petite table (un peu étroite pour déjeuner à 2) triangulaire (dotée d'une seule chaise) d'un plateau pour le petit déjeuner (bouilloire + 4 sachets de thé + capsules de café + sucre + 2 x 2 biscottes + 2 x 2 gâteaux ronds au citron). Wi-Fi fonctionnel. Présence d'une terrasse extérieure commune avec 4 tables et 6 chaises. Présence d'une kitchenette commune (avec machine à café) au même étage. Isolation phonique correcte (on entend un peu les pas des gens qui montent l'escalier extérieur et des chaises bougées à l'étage). Dommage que le dernier jour, la chambre n'ait pas été faite, les poubelles (chambre & salle d'eau) non vidées et le petit déjeuner non réapprovisionné (d'où la note très bien au lieu d'excellent).

Posizione eccellente,stanze pulite e confortevoli.Proprietario cordiale e disponibile,ci ha dato degli ottimi consigli su ristorante e cose da fare(offrono la possibilità di fare con il loro gozzo ligure un tour per visitare via mare tutte le 5 terre).Se dovessi tornare da quelle parti senz’altro ci tornerò.
