Worst hotel ever in my life.. Don't waste your time and money. Better visit any local dhaba. I got information that their staffs using an unhygienic washrooms and living in a dirty places... I got some pics as prove which I will share. We can't expect anything which they following as covid protocols,if staff is unhygienic. Service staff suraj,he looks like just coming from bed on work.... Only one girl is there who knows little and clicking pics with visitors.... Their all visitor comments are fake. Birju Patel does not aware about hotel services. Paras only showing off that he is well educated n he knows everything but actually does not have knowledge regarding hospitality.. MD... Owner of the hotel is such a dramatic and rude person... Chefs are unhyginic don't know how they are working and what they are cooking. Such a big hell kind of hotel... Snakes in the garden I have saw... But there was no snake catcher available. This all information to make aware of other upcoming customers... Covid protocols inside the dustbin for this hotel.

Visit date 21May2023, 9 Person family Pathetic experience, Never west your hard earned money at this place. Worst experience at Lunch "bacha kucha khana kha lo" was the attitude of staff. Roti takes more than 10 mnts while we were around 50 person only over there in hall. *Club House*, smells so bed and so tiny also, only 10-15 person can play some games. Theatre is not included in 1 day picnic and security or team person call us like we are autowalas, "oye kidhar guss rahe ho" was the attitude of that guys. We stuck by giving money, no choice. After spending this much money they don't provide us place to seat also. *Water park*, no any big rides operational and waves are not good also, so don't expect much. Security guy at reception also teach us how to seat over there, as per them you are allow to seat before taking entry only once entry done "Bhugatna Padega"

Worst place and staff was also not co operative Also the manager vinod was so arrogant and seems like he has no courtesy to reply. No etiquettes of taliing to a customer. Worst experience in all terms. Don’t book this resort at all. Waste of money and waste of our valuable vacation.

FOOD SERVICE AND MANAGEMENT IS VERY BAD AND FOOD WAS NOT GOOD AND ALSO NOT CLEANED ROOMS & TOILET, IT IS VERY OLD. AIR CONDITION NOT WORKING IN SUIT ROOM ALSO AND SWIMMING POOL WAS DIRTY. NOT GIVEN FULL PAYMENT

We went to palm green club resort as a family with two kids. We were travelling from Somnath to ahmedabad. We had pre booked a room with full payment. Also called up the resort in the noon saying we will be checking in late at night, although guests need not do so. But we had kids *****, so thought of informing them so that the formalities before alloting the room get over fast. But what happened was ridiculous. We enter the gate and the security guard says he doesn't know where the reception counter is since its been only few days that he is recruited. What nonsense! After few minutes, another person comes and says the reception is a little far from the gate, so we have to go in a buggy. But neither the buggy driver is there nor is the key available. By this time, 4 of the resort staff had come but nobody had any clue how to make us reach the reception. Can u believe this? We said allow us to take our taxi. They said, they cant. We said then let us go by walk and they can get our luggage later. It was 12 midnight and we wanted a room at the earliest since we had 2 kids *****. They didnt allow us that also. After wasting nearly 45min, they took us to the reception. Entered the room, and the toilet flush doesn't work! Had to call up the reception and get it repaired at night 12:45 midnight. Went to breakfast in the morning and there is no water in the hand wash tap. They had to pour water from a jug and we had to wash in a container. One of the very few items spread for breakfast was poha. It tasted and smelled like it was old and given by reheating. And they charge exorbitantly. We have stayed in many 5 star resorts as well as in budget hotels. But never encountered such pathetic service anywhere. Their charges are huge but service is extremely poor. They seemed to have good amenities, thats y we had booked. But what matters the most is staff behaviour and services. Many staff are arrogant and ignorant of their own property. I will never recommend this property to anyone.
