As for the place from the outside, it suggests luxury and is very beautiful There are limited services around it There is a bus that takes you to the Holy Mosque in Mecca and returns you to the hotel continuously تجربه سيئه الموظفين وجوههم بشوشه و لكن اقمت في غرفه اصغر من الغرفة المفروض اقيم فيها و لمدة 3 ايام و قالو انهم يعتذرون لعدم توفر الغرفة المقرره، الغرفة لا تدخلها الشمس ابدا. اما المناديل و الماء و المناشف و غيرها فانه يجب ان تطلبها طلب و سوف يعطوك اياها بالتقصيط مثال: مناديل الحمام علبه واحده و عندما تخلص اتصل علينا و سوف نحضر لك، الماء فقط قنينتين ماء لكل غرفه، التواليت يحصل على جائزة اصغر حمام في العالم بجداره النظافه 50% كما انهم لم يقومو بتنظيف الغرفه و عندما عدنا في المساء طلبنا منهم تنظيف الغرفه و بقينا 15 دقائق خارج الغرفة حتى ينتهي التنظيف اما المكان من الخارج فهو يوحي بالفخامه و هو جميل جدا يوجد حوله خدمات محدوده يوجد باص ياخذكم للحرم المكي و يعيدكم للفندق بشكل مستمر
