Mayerling Hotel

很臭，浴室也很臟，就是一個旅館，也不安全，就是沒有進門的一瞬間還行，去了就知道。

A very different concept from are usual Hotel that we stay at ,but a very one ,very clean throughout ,staff friendly and helpful ,in particular the young Cuban man on reception (sorry didn’t get his name unfortunately)would highly recommend ,thank you.

Location was great, staff were very helpful, let us check in at 12pm and check out at 12pm. The room was nice and clean, with two complimentary mineral water bottles, shampoo and body wash, shower cap, and an nair dryer. Bed and pillows were comfortable.We stayed at 4th floor and the lift was very convenient. They also booked us a taxi to Airport (33 euros fixed rate).

The room we stayed in needed updating, it looks a bit tired. The shower was in the corner of the room, which meant some water would spill out on to the floor through the broken seals. The staff were friendly and helpful though, and the breakfast was very good.

I had an AWESOME time at Mayerling hotel during my short birthday stop in Madrid before meeting my friends. YANSEN, the SuperStar receptionist, made my stay truly amazing! He was warm and professional from the start, even before I arrived in Spain. When I got to my room, YANSEN, surprised me with Chocolates, making me feel right at home..He went above and beyond acting as my personal travel guide in the city; great recommendations with local restaurants, art, rooftops, markets, etc. The entire staff was very friendly and attentive, but YANSEN stood out with his genuine care and passion for customer service. Mayerling’s central location is perfect for solo travelers, and I always felt safe exploring the area. So, if you’re looking for a cute little boutique hotel, with outstanding service & on a budget, Mayerling is the place to be! Thanks for everything, see the Next Time!!

Such a great location and the staff were all amazing, they really made our stay special. The room itself was fairly basic but very comfortable and clean. The bed was also very comfortable. The breakfast, Although not a huge selection, was adequate, tasty and you could help yourself to as much as you liked as it was constantly topped up. We would definitely stay here again and we want to personally thank all the staff for making us feel so welcome xxx

Good hotel with friendly, helpful staff. The location was perfect for us, quiet and relaxed while near to everything. The room was good and breakfast was fine, and the staff were very professional. We enjoyed the stay and I would recommend this hotel.

Excellent location and very attentive and welcoming staff. The hotel is accessible to Gran Vía and other tourist places in Madrid. The staff provided us with tips on places to visit in Spain.
