This place is spotless. You are very near I90 but you absolutely cannot hear it. Very comfortable mattresses and pillows. So many motel, hotel, air conditioning/heaing units are extremely noisy. This was as quiet as could be. Complimentary breakfast was good, especially the bacon potatoes not so much! We will stay here when we visit the wineries which are very close to this hotel

Such a wonderful mini vacation!!! We’d love to compliment Erica, Chrissy, and Tim on their above~and~beyond treatment on our last trip to Madison!!! The hotel itself was super~clean, and the staff were so very helpful and cheerful. We will definitely be back!!!

A little disappointed in a few things. The location is great. Right off the highway. Near (walking distance) to gas station and McDonald’s. It wasn’t crowded. Lobby nice and clean. Customer service great. Breakfast average. We got to choose to stay on the 4th floor. I was disappointed that the elevators wasn’t vacuumed. Our room in particular had stains in two different areas of the carpet. A slight water leak around the toilet. First time ever I’ve seen and killed a spider or any type of insect in a hotel.

We stayed here last year when it was a brand new hotel. We stayed again this year based on that stay. Hotel is still very well maintained. It is convenient to the interstate, gas station, and local wineries. We enjoy staying on a Sunday night to go to nearby Grand River Cellars for their Spaghetti and Meatball dinner and a glass of wine! Would recommend and would stay again.

My neighbour moved toMaddison County .I did manage to find him & came to meet me at this Hotel. There wasn't any good quality Pakistani food there;just a whole meal bread feeling lonely Some other friends I knew didn't answer the phone. My son drove bk 2 Birmingham Finally Good Hotel highly recommend. Malak

Seems to be very family friendly. Our arrival consisted of a tornado warning. Despite that the hotel has a creepy basement parking garage that makes for a fun time. The hotel smelled like a monsters Inc episode with all these kids running around! Still fantastic, highly recommend.

We were very pleased with this hotel. When we arrived at 10pm, the young gentleman at the front desk was fantastic! He was friendly, energetic and helpful. His welcome made us feel safe and cared for after a long drive. Truly above and beyond care and attention that set the tone for our whole stay. And he put us in a quiet room away from the highway which was great. Our room was a suite, but this just meant there was a sofa in it. The room was simple and clean. Nothing extraordinary, but it was clean which made us very happy. The bathroom area could use some minor maintenance to repair some slight wallpaper and baseboard tears, but since the room was clean and the check-in greeting so delightful, this was not a bother. We liked that there was an excellent breakfast in the clean and attractive lobby area, and that there is also an area to purchase a large variety of snacks - even foods you can microwave in your room. Lastly, the location was perfect for getting off and back onto the highway easily. The clean room and common areas, as well as the wonderfully friendly welcome are both reasons we will return in the future.

We(me, my 14 y.o. daughter, my friend and her 13 y.o. daughter) stayed here over St. Patrick's Day weekend for a volleyball tournament the girls were playing in that weekend. Our experience was great. The room was clean, and very spacious, we had a queen suite. The bathroom was very spacious and very clean, probably one of the cleanest I've ever seen in a popular chain hotel. The beds were very comfy with different firmness of pillows offered, and I slept well(which is saying a lot because I don't sleep well even at home)! The free breakfast was tasty with decent options (the cinnamon rolls were huge, and the egg white omlets were really yummy). I did have one small discrepancy with the charges for the nightly rate but the issue was PROMPTLY remedied and they were more than accommodating and kind! I really have NOTHING bad to say about this place!

It's a fantastic hotel. Very clean, quiet (our room was facing the highway), safe, the most helpful and kindest staff (the clerk was so sweet during a 4am call), and a great spread for breakfast (the egg white omelettes we're a fav!). The gym was very clean and the pool was nice although the water was quite cold. Our favourite part, however, were the beds and pillows. I am sad to say we did not think to take a photo of the mattress tag. I may have to call to find out! Thank you for one of the best hotel stays ever - and that's with young kids in tow!
