My Wife and I (as well as many others on the team) stayed at the hotel for about 4 weeks due to work. We would definitely stay here again. The staff was great, the room was great, and the front desk staff did anything they could to make our stay more enjoyable. I prefer Mainstay Suits Airport to anyone who wants to experience a luxurious stay at Mainstay which is beyond any other upscale brand. I want to say this because they are fully renovated and I felt like I was staying at home. It was an amazing experience to stay in spacious kitchenette rooms.

This hotel is run with the cheapest of everything. Cheap towels, toilet paper, breakfast to name a few. Toilet seat was falling off, stains on the sheets and towels, no power to the safe, no choices for breakfast, not even a piece of fruit. No coffee at 7:30 AM. One person trying to run the whole hotel on a Sunday morning including the breakfast. We paid a lot for the room and got little in return. Look for another hotel.

Property has a great location and the stay was very helpful. However, at this time I would not recommend this place for family. Was not clean. Tv's did not work daily, furnishings and carpet beyond use. Breakfast just ok. I was also over charged, trying to solve that issue today!!

It's difficult to know where to start this review. Upon entering my room, noticed no seat on the toilet, grab bars in shower didn't exist. The curtains on the windows were two different sizes with bugs floating in the hem of one. The mattress was beyond explanation, filthy with a pad over the worst of the stains. It was years beyond its useful life. The room smelled awful and cigarette smoke had permeated the hallways. The breakfast was not something I was willing to even try. Two lamps were not working. Even with replacement light bulbs. Live bugs were entering through the window frame without any effort. Front door was filthy and there was no access without a step. Front desk staff friendly and helpful as were other staff members. I was overcharged for two of the three nights of my stay. Options to relocate didn't exist. City booked for graduation.
