Hotel is good in all respect except ordering food from the restaurant. We have ordered veg manchurian rice. While ordering we enquired whether rice will come with manchurian gravy or dry manchurian will be added in rice only. They delivered dry veg. Manchurian only. When we asked about rice they told you have only ordered dry manchurian & this order will not be cancel-led or replaced. We have forcefully ordered fried rice. This is not at all acceptable. Either they does not understand what customer want or they assume & communicate to kitchen to prepare. Management should look into this. Rest is very good.

Ich empfehle dieses Hotel diejenigen, die aus dem Zug von außen kommen und auch wieder gehen wollen. Mit dem Zug ist dieses Hotel wirklich gut.

Die Lage ist sehr anständig und ruhig und die Sättigung der Eisenbahn und die Strände sind auch leicht zugänglich. Personal ist sehr gut. Sauberkeit ist da. Dachtop und gemeinsame Bereiche sind für Kühlschrank mit Freunden offen.

My visit to goa and stay at viva hotel was good. Best part is location which very close to madgaon station. Staff is good. House keeping was prompt.

Great stay. The rooms are clean and organized, rooms are big clean. Room service is good specially pratik on reception very humble and remaining staff behaviour is cool respectful.
