"Das war das beste Hotelerlebnis auf unserer langen Reise. Die Shuttlebus vom Hafen problemlos. Bei Ankunft direkt Übergabe des Gepäcks, bevor wir noch das Zimmer hatten. Wir bekamen ein Upgrade vom Standardzimmer zu einer mehrräumigen Suite, mit Blick auf den Eiffelturm. Herausragend! Wir wurden selbstverständlich zur Suite begleitet und uns wurde alles erklärt. Die erste Ausstattung der Minibar stand zu unserer freien Verfügung. Sehr gutes, um uns besorgtes, Personal. Im gesamten Komplex fühlten wir uns sehr gut aufgehoben. Sei es die Poollandschaft, das Gym, die Bar, Restaurants oder Casino, wir können alles empfehlen!"

"Mit einer Lage nahe der Altstadt ist es mit Bus oder Taxi leicht zu erreichen, sowohl von den Fährhäfen, Bordergate für den Bus von/nach HK als auch vom Flughafen; Haltestelle direkt vor dem Haus. Insofern ist das Zentrum von Macao direkt zu Fuss zu erkunden. Check-In etwas umständlich und daher länger dauernd mit der Verifizierung der ”Unterlagen”, aber sehr freundlich. Zimmer grosszügig, gut aufgeteilt, Betten bequem und ein schönes Bad. Dusche/Bad mit gutem Standard. Für das Trinkwasser hat es einen Filter. Keine Steckdosen in Bettnähe, aber man kann ja die Steckdose einer Stehlampe zweckentfremden. Am Arbeitstisch dagegen ordentliche Steckdosenleiste. Frühstück umfangreich, aber die Europäischen Optionen ausser den Viennoiserien sind nicht wirklich überzeugend. Die Croissant et. al. sind aber wirklich hervorragend. Verteilung der Plätze im Frühstückraum nicht optimal, eher an der eigenen Bequemlichkeit der Mitarbeiter zum Abräumen als an Kundenwünschen orientiert =＞ am besten Änderung verlangen oder die Zuweisung ignorieren. Wie man verhindert, dass man nach zwei Tagen neue Bettwäsche erhält, wenn man drei Nächte bleibt und das nicht braucht, muss ich noch lernen, aber der Zimmerservice ist sehr gut aufgestellt. Mein Telefon mit China Mobile e-Sim hatte immer noch Verbindung mit dem Ufer gegenüber."

"Wir waren mit unserer Reise sehr zufrieden. Wir haben uns zu Neujahr mit der Familie in Macau aufgehalten und uns nach langem Überlegen für das Venetian entschieden. Wir dachten, dass das Venetian für die Familie ein umfassenderes Erlebnis bieten würde, was Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants angeht, und es war auch in der Nähe vieler Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Zimmer wurde kostenlos upgegradet, vielen Dank an den Cousin 🧍‍♂️. Der Blick von den oberen Stockwerken war fantastisch, sowohl nachts als auch tagsüber wunderschön. Wir haben drei Tage lang sehr gut geschlafen, die Qualität war wirklich gut. **Ausstattung:** Die Ausstattung war in Ordnung, obwohl sie schon etwas älter war, aber gut gepflegt. **Sauberkeit:** Sehr sauber. **Umgebung:** Bequemes Einkaufen und Essen, auch in der Nähe vieler Sehenswürdigkeiten. **Service:** Drei Tage lang wurden wir von derselben Haushälterin betreut, sie war sehr aufmerksam und hat versucht, alle unsere Wünsche zu erfüllen."

"Ausstattung: Sehr gut ausgestattet, mit Badewanne und kleinem Minikühlschrank. Nach durchschnittlich 20.000 Schritten am Tag ein Bad zu nehmen, entspannt wirklich sehr. Man kann sogar fernsehen (obwohl die TV-Programme sich wiederholten, ich habe an beiden Tagen die gleichen Nachrichten gesehen). Es war ein Zimmer mit Meerblick, direkt gegenüber dem Macau Tower, perfekt für tolle Fotos. Es gibt auch einen Infinity-Pool im 2. Stock, der um 8 Uhr öffnet. Man kann dort schwimmen, Fotos machen und einchecken. Einfach die Zimmerkarte zum Registrieren mitbringen. Es gibt Umkleidekabinen und Duschen, sowie Wechselslipper. Morgens ist das Licht dort sehr gut für Fotos. Umgebung: Es befindet sich in einem Einkaufszentrum, es gibt eine Steigung, aber man kann diese umgehen, indem man von der anderen Seite kommt. Man geht von MGM aus durch eine Unterführung, dann ist man auf der L-Etage der Hotellobby. Wenn man von der Seite mit der Steigung kommt, ist man auf der G-Etage, und muss dann noch eine Rolltreppe nach unten nehmen, um einzuchecken. Die Lage ist in der Nähe von MGM und Wynn, man kann direkt den Shuttlebus von MGM nutzen, daher habe ich den Hotel-Shuttle nie benutzt. Service: Die Rezeption war sehr aufmerksam und gründlich. Eine Kaution von 1000 MOP war erforderlich. Da ich auf Xiaohongshu gelesen hatte, dass einigen Leuten bei der Rückgabe der Kaution etwas abgezogen wurde, fragte ich die Rezeption, welche Dinge kostenpflichtig sind. Die Rückgabe der Kaution war recht schnell, ich habe um 11 Uhr ausgecheckt und sie bereits erhalten, während ich diese Bewertung schreibe. Beim Check-in gibt es einen Gutschein-Satz, der sich meiner Meinung nach für Familienausflüge (oder mindestens zu zweit) lohnt, ich alleine brauchte ihn nicht. Sowohl am G-Ausgang (neben Pop Mart, hier werden auch Essenslieferungen abgeholt) als auch am L-Ausgang stehen Mitarbeiter zur Verfügung, die einem den Weg zeigen und Taxis rufen. Aber ich fand das unnötig, haha. Ich bin einfach mit dem Aufzug zur B2 gefahren, bin den Schildern gefolgt und habe gefragt, wie man zu MGM kommt (danke an die Xiaohongshu-Tipps), und habe den Shuttlebus von MGM zum Flughafen genommen. Die ganze Fahrt kostete 0 MOP, die Busfahrt dauerte etwa 20 Minuten und hielt an zwei Grenzübergängen, sehr praktisch."

"Wir wollten dieses Mal in der Nähe der Ruinen von St. Paul wohnen und ich erinnerte mich, dass wir auf einer früheren Reise an diesem Hotel vorbeigekommen waren. Da es portugiesischen Charme versprach und nicht teuer war – 600 und ein bisschen, inklusive Frühstück für zwei – dachten wir, wir probieren es aus. Das Hongkong-Stil Milchtee und der Bacalhau beim Frühstück waren köstlich! Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, man kommt überall auf der Halbinsel leicht hin! Man läuft nur fünf Minuten zu den Ruinen von St. Paul und dahinter gibt es viele Cha Chaan Tengs (Hongkong-Stil Cafés) und Coffee Shops! Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen war, dass das Bett ziemlich warm war und die Kissen sehr hoch. Da die Temperatur an unserem Anreisetag unter 20 Grad lag, war es selbst bei eingeschalteter Klimaanlage auf 28 Grad sehr kalt. Ohne Klimaanlage wurde das Bett aber so warm, dass weder mein Partner noch ich gut schlafen konnten. Aber die angebotenen Annehmlichkeiten entsprachen Fünf-Sterne-Standard!"

"Wunderschönes pompöses Hotel, Prunk der 70er Jahre. In der Lobby fühlt man sich wie in einem Film. Man hat auch ausreichend Zeit diese zu bewundern während man an der Rezeption wartet. Die Rezeptionistin spricht wohl eher kein Englisch und wirkt überfordert, während ihr Kollege nur in sein Laptop starrt und die Gäste ignoriert. Das Haus empfängt offensichtlich internationales Publikum, die Englischkenntnisse des Personals lassen anderes vermuten. Ihre Englischkenntnisse sind mäßig, unser Kantonesisch ist mäßig, wir nehmen es ihnen nicht übel, sie uns scheinbar schon. Wenn wir schon beim Personal sind können wir gleich mit den Komikern bei der Inszenierung des Frühstücks weitermachen. Nachdem einem am Eingang ”Ruhmnamba” entgegengebellt wird, werden wir durchgewunken. Das restliche Personal vermeidet Augenkontakt. Es ist eigentlich ausreichend da, für den Ausdruck Buffet reicht es aber nicht. Es sind zwar auch Backwaren und Marmelade vorhanden aber nichts um Marmelade auf Backwaren zu verteilen. (Das heißt es gibt keine Messer) Das alles spielt sich in einem Raum ab, aus dessen Optik sich schließen lässt, dass am Abend entweder Großbingoveranstaltungen oder TV Wetten angehalten werden. Zum Dresscode: es gibt keinen. Verhornte Hacken und Gelbe Fußnägel passen aber gut zum Congee. Jetzt zum Positiven: wunderbares Zimmer, großzügig, auch das Badezimmer ist ganz wunderbar, in die Badewanne passen zwar handelsübliche Wassermengen, ab der Hälfte läuft aber alles in den Überlauf, es ist also eher ein Fuß-/Sitzbad. Sie können sich auch problemlos an den Gesprächen in Nachbarraum beteiligen. Offensichtlich hat der Konstrukteur die Isolierung in der Zwischenwand vergessen. Bei uns hat offensichtlich eine Familie mehrere Nebenzimmer gebucht, diese lässt die Türen offen und brüllt über den Flur. So bekommen wir quasi den ganzen Urlaub aus erster Hand mit. Auch sämtliche Streitigkeiten. Wir hoffen das iPad hat sich mittlerweile angefunden."

"Im Grand Lisboa übernachten so viele Touristen. Die vielen Warteschlangen vor dem Check-in sind unglaublich anstrengend. Ein riesiges Hotel mit riesigen Zimmern, riesigen Badezimmern, hohen Decken und viel Platz für Kinder zum Toben. Der Frühstücksbereich war riesig und es gab eine große Auswahl an leckeren Gerichten. So viele instagrammable Orte zum Fotografieren. Es gibt hier ein CDF-Einkaufszentrum, das Hotelgästen weitere Rabatte bietet. Ich bereue, hier nicht einige Markenartikel gekauft zu haben, dachte, HK sei billiger, aber das stimmt nicht."

"Das Personal an der Rezeption war höflich und professionell! Als wir fragten, ob ein Check-in wirklich erst nach 15 Uhr und ein Check-out am nächsten Tag vor 11 Uhr erfolgen müsse, half uns der Mitarbeiter, die Möglichkeiten zu prüfen. Vielleicht lag es an der Nebensaison vor Neujahr und daran, dass es uns nichts ausmachte, ein Zimmer am Ende des Ganges zu bekommen, sodass wir früher einchecken und den Check-out am nächsten Tag bis 13 Uhr verlängern konnten, passend zu unseren Flugzeiten. Das hat den Komfort unserer Macau-Reise erheblich gesteigert, und wir bekamen unerwartet ein Zimmer mit Blick auf das Riesenrad. Die Inneneinrichtung des Zimmers war ziemlich einfach, aber die Pflegeprodukte waren von Natura Bissé, was mich angenehm überraschte. Im Zimmer gab es einen Universaladapter, einen Wasserkocher, eine Kaffeemaschine sowie viele kostenlose Getränke und Snacks. Im Einkaufszentrum unterhalb des Hotels gab es einige preiswerte Kleidung und Kosmetika. Mit dem Shuttlebus konnte man zum City of Dreams fahren, wo es einige interessante Restaurants gab. Wenn man jedoch in Macau intensiv shoppen möchte, würde ich eher zum Venetian raten. Dieses Hotel ist hauptsächlich auf Familien ausgerichtet und gehört zu den besten in Asien. Leider ist mein Kind bereits 19 Jahre alt, fährt kein Riesenrad, schaut sich keine Shows an und besucht keine Vergnügungsparks, daher haben wir die Familienfunktionen des Hotels nicht wirklich genutzt. Aber wenn Sie noch kleine Kinder haben, ist dieses Hotel definitiv die richtige Wahl! Tipp: Das Riesenrad ist dienstags und mittwochs geschlossen."

"Zimmer sind wirklich wunderbar. Sauber und wir hatten einen Atemberaubenden Blick aufs Wasser. Der Service ist ausgezeichnet. Die Leute von der Rezeption kümmern sich den ganzen Aufenthalt wunderbar um einen. Bei allen Fragen und Belangen wird einem weitergeholfen. Die Lage ist eher nicht die beste. Kaum angrenzende Restaurants oder Geschäfte. So ist immer eine Fahrt mit dem Taxi erforderlich. Das fand ich etwas schade. Ansonsten ein TopHotel mit vielen Möglichkeiten. Sauna, Fitnessstudio, Poollandschaft."

"Ehrlich gesagt hatte ich anfangs keine großen Erwartungen an dieses Hotel. Ich hatte es erst spät gebucht und der Preis war angemessen. Nach dem Einchecken war ich dann aber positiv überrascht. Als Erstes bemerkte die Rezeption meine Nachricht, dass ich ein ruhiges Zimmer suchte – in anderen Hotels muss man das erst erwähnen. Die Mitarbeiterin half mir, ein Zimmer abseits des Aufzugs zu bekommen und bot mir freundlicherweise an, mich bei Lärmbelästigung jederzeit wieder zu melden. Das Zimmerdesign finde ich sehr durchdacht, besonders die Tür von Bad und Toilette, die man für beides nutzen kann. Die Betten sind bequem und es gibt festere und weichere Kissen zur Auswahl. Das Zimmer war groß und sauber, die Dusche geräumig und die Badewanne sehr komfortabel. Es war mein erster Aufenthalt in einem Hotel der InterContinental-Gruppe. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Man hört zwar ab und zu Tanzmusik, aber die Lautstärke stört den Schlaf nicht. Was den Transport angeht, gibt es einen Bus zum Flughafen Peninsula Taipa, was recht praktisch ist."
