Super 8 by Wyndham Luverne I90

Basic cheap hotel. Nothing fancy. Suitable for the price, if not spectacular.

非常簡易的設施，毛巾又黑又硬，基本沒法用。比國內的快捷酒店要差很多。衹是沒訂到酒店，臨時救個急。停車是免費的，早餐免費，不過也沒啥可吃的。

We had no hot water to take a bath the whole time we were there. The onsite manager just kept saying I dont know why, the room next door has hot water. She came into our room to check it out for herself but we never had hot water the whole time we stayed.Room itself wasn't to bad. Beds were comfortable but no table to eat off of.Breakfast was late starting one morning. When we checked out they over charged us for out pet and told us she could not refund the overcharge because it wasn't in her capabilities.We left a day early because of the lack of hot water in our room. We have yet to see a refund for our leaving early by one day.Dont stay there . There are other better hotels in that town.

Well I would like to say I apologize for everyone's not so pleasant stay at super 8 in luverne.. My name is Stacy and I'm a new housekeeper here and we asa team are doing are best to improve the smell the 70s look in the rooms.. we are doing are best to make are guest feel comfortable. The outside and side do need a lot of work. And that's what we are doig.. I'm sorry for your inconvenience I do hope you will come again and see the improvements that we are making.. again I apologize....

There was leftover stuff in the fridge and mold growing around the seals. Staff wanted to be very accommodating but by 2am I had already made arrangements with another hotel in town.

I have been here before and I seen alot of improvements though some things could be updated the place was very clean and the sewer smell that was there before is no longer it smelled very pleasant in the room the bed was very comfortable. It was very quiet and relaxing. I would definitely recommend the place to my family and friends. The staff very nice and accommodating. I will return.

Had bed bugs got lots of bites. complained to front desk. She got out a paper said they sprayed that room on the 15th. we were there May 21st. she said they had to be dead. showed her my bites and that they were moving. Also was going to take a shower nothing but cold water. went back to the desk. she said i could take a shower in another room but could not stay there over night. i sat in a stright back chair all night. Never opened my suitcase. I was offered no refund. or treated very well at all. My worst experience ever . DO NOT RECOMMEND MINUS 0 rating.

I have been at this property when the breakfast area was in the lobby. Now they have a new breakfast area which is very nice. Breakfast was good and hot. The rooms were very nice and clean and did not smell bad. The beds were very comfortable I had a very good night of sleep. My room was right by the interstate and did not hear the trucks or vehicles. The front desk, Was very helpful and kind and very welcoming. I did have a couple of minor issues in the room and the front desk came and took care of it right away, and was friendly about it too. She even told me if there was anything else to please don't hesitate and come get her again. I will be definitely coming back and staying at this property.
