Das Zimmer war modernisiert, die beiden Betten waren größer und der Blick aus dem Fenster war angenehm. Ich hatte Bedenken, dass die Klimaanlage aufgrund der Größe des Zimmers nicht effektiv sein könnte, aber das erwies sich als unnötig. Sie können Hanfu auch ausleihen. Es liegt außerdem relativ nahe an der antiken Stadt Luoyi und ist sehr ruhig. Das Wohnen in einer landschaftlich reizvollen Gegend kann laut sein. Die Leistungen waren alle sehr gut. Die intelligente Toilette ist nicht intelligent. Sie spült von Zeit zu Zeit von selbst und ich bin traurig über die Wasserrechnung. Schließlich habe ich den Strom ausgeschaltet, als ich schlafen ging.

有點小遺憾，下水道有反味，可能是老建築的原因，改造有難度吧。

很少住民宿，這次體驗超級棒，老闆特別好，電話聯繫的時候應該是聽我説我跟孩子一起，估計是怕我拿行李不方便，還給我發了個下車位置要安排人去接我們！哈哈哈~其實我帶的是個大孩子，我們直接來到了店門口附近，老闆出門給幫忙拿行李，還給升級了家庭房，店內環境優美，花草綠植，小橋流水古香古色的感覺，充滿了藝術氣息！
房間內乾淨整潔，全屋智能，還備了馬桶墊和一次性洗臉巾，特別是吹風機，超級超級好用！
地理位置優越，出門左邊是洛邑古城，右邊是十字街，三五分鐘就到了！離麗景門、應天門、天堂明堂景區也都很近

Das Hotel liegt an der alten Stadtstraße und verfügt über einen kleinen Innenhof, der inmitten des Trubels ein Gefühl der Ruhe vermittelt. Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr begeistert und half mir, einen Laden zu empfehlen, in dem ich Fotos machen konnte. Als ich zurückkam, stellte ich fest, dass der Eingang des Hotels zu einem Fotopunkt für Internet-Prominente geworden war .

Es gibt drei getrennte Möglichkeiten, die Toilette, das Waschbecken und die Dusche zu benutzen, was meinen Anforderungen an die Trocken- und Nasstrennung perfekt entspricht.
Der Service ist menschlich und herzerwärmend. Wenn ich das nächste Mal nach Luoyang gehe, werde ich wieder in diesem Hotel übernachten.
Darüber hinaus hat die Familie des Chefs auch eine britische Kurzhaarkatze großgezogen, die familienfreundlicher ist. Umarme mich.

Excellent homestay we had stay in China. walk about 100m from main road, there is lots buses, didi and metro too. ample food all within walking distance, great for food lover. owner is very friendly and accommodating. good breakfast included too. He recommended cheaper car charter to Longtan Grand Canyon 龍潭大峽谷. hanfu dress up was recommended by him which is cheaper and we had a great experience. highly recommend. would stay again if we return to luoyang. we even extended our stay in Luoyang
upon check out we even received fridge magnet as gift.
Overall the best homestay in Luoyang, a big thank you to the owner Xiao Loong for a wonderful trip.

Zzarielg一個人出來看牡丹，當時預訂房間的時候距離出行日子很近了，看到這家民宿距離洛邑古城地鐵站很近，價格很合理就定了，沒想到入住真的大驚喜！入門就有幾盆牡丹超有氛圍感，老闆幾個也是非常熱情，把吃喝和景點都介紹了，我連續住了幾天每天換一套漢服粧造，洛邑古城最便宜的粧造東大街就在民宿橫着的街，1分鐘就到了，要知道粧造可是要至少預計2H，而住得近可以讓你每天到店就有化粧師做，不用排隊等，真的省大時間又省錢了！另外每天玩得很晚到23點多才回來，漢服店有的關門了有的還開着，可以還衣服，而且距離那個夜市十字街也才5分鐘步行，好幾天晚上回來還完漢服就買了很多夜宵吃，真的好吃😋！！而且街道比較光亮，女性一個人回來也不會害怕。因為我是暴走特種兵，我的行程就不給大家推薦了，離店老闆還送老字號牡丹花餅，總之這次太棒了，入住體驗感拉滿

GGastnutzerDas erste Mal, dass Sie hier allein reisen, ist es sehr sicher! Der Chef wird die Sicherheitsroute in der Umgebung informieren, und die oberste Terrasse hat eine Überwachung sehr sicher. Das Zimmer ist gut abgeschaltet und die Nacht ist ruhig schlafen. Han-Service macht den Preis transparent, es gibt keinen unsichtbaren Konsum, der Chemist hat mir auch die Fähigkeiten beigebracht, sich selbst zu machen. 6 Minuten zu Fuß zum U-Bahnhof und zu der Altstadt von Loch. Die kostenlose Waschmaschine ist zu freundlich für alleinstehende Personen, und die leichte Reise kann jederzeit gespült werden. Abfahrt zum Lao Jiang Mountain, die Sammelstelle nahe bis zum ziehenden Boxen in fünf Minuten, der gesamte Weg ist kostenlos.

AAnonymer BenutzerIt's a cheap hostel, so you get what you are supposed to get for the price. One thing that I liked is the common area, with a table and chairs to eat or work. Also, the owner was really nice to me.
I only had a bad impression of the bathroom, because when I got there the cigarette smell was so strong, and they throw away the cigarette on the toilet, not trash can, so it didn't look that clean. But that was the guest's fault.
For about 12 minutes walking from the hostel there izs a big mall, and at night you can buy some street food.
The hostel is located inside a curious place with a lot of shops of house furniture. But it was very calm at night.
I met there a new friend, so overall it was a good experience for the price. It's not the closest to downtown, but I was aware of that.

JjasmineIt is a homestay with complete amenities located within 10mins walk to the beautiful ancient city and 3 to 5 mins walk to bustling food streets. Strategic, cheap and complete. You can wash your clothes there as well, there's a washing machine downstairs. Not too sure about dryer. The owner is very friendly and super helpful. We had a short stop and wanted to see shaolin (true alittle overated but because of its history maybe can visit once) and white horse temple in 1 day so we hired a car from the owner at 280rmb for whole day. Super convenient! Right next door is a shop for traditional costume, reasonably priced with friendly and awesome owner. Makes it very easy to get everything done. We fell in love with Luoyang. The homestay do not have lift for those with mobility issues. It comes with simple breakfast, you can choose there are 3 choices. For the price and location it is superb.

Er war sehr hilfsbereit und gab uns Tipps zu Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Fortbewegungsmitteln. Da es sich um eine Privatunterkunft vor Ort handelt, kann die Sauberkeit noch verbessert werden, da der Boden unseres Zimmers an den Ecken staubig war und wir beim Einchecken auch Fußabdrücke hatten. 保洁阿姨 (Haushaltstante) schaffte es jedoch, unseren Boden am nächsten Tag zu wischen, nachdem wir dem Besitzer Feedback gegeben hatten, und danach gab es keine Probleme mehr. Ich würde auch vorschlagen, die Zimmerecken, Tischplatten und das Kopfende des Bettes zu überprüfen, um Staub- und Haarfreiheit zu gewährleisten. Wir verbrachten 5 Tage und 4 Nächte an diesem Ort.
Das Zimmer hatte eine schöne Aussicht auf 丽景门, und wir fühlten uns, als wären wir in der Zeit zurückgereist. Nicht so laut, wie wir es vor unserem Aufenthalt aufgrund der Bewertungen anderer Gäste erwartet hatten.
Insgesamt haben wir den Aufenthalt mit der herzlichen Gastfreundschaft des Gastgebers und der Haushälterin Tante genossen. Die Tante war sehr nett zu uns und erinnerte uns täglich daran, zu bleiben und warme Kleidung zu tragen, da die Temperaturen während unseres Aufenthalts in Luoyang nach der Hälfte des Tages kalt wurden. Die Vermieterin kann Ihnen bei der Suche nach einem kostenlosen Parkplatz behilflich sein, oder Sie können die Vermieterin im Voraus kontaktieren, um einen Platz zu reservieren liegt in der Nähe des malerischen Ortes, es gibt viele Orte zum Essen.
Service: Die Vermieterin ist nett und gutherzig, sie hat mir geholfen, meinen Koffer in den vierten Stock zu tragen. Als ich ging, brachte sie mir sogar 2 Flaschen Wasser Unterwegs zu trinken war so rücksichtsvoll. Ja, ich habe gestern gut geschlafen! Werde wiederkommen!

IIsmahani SayutiThe location is very close to luoyi ancient city, less than 5 mins walk. When we arrived, the boss pickup us at cross road due to small alley so our driver cannot drop us directly. Boss is very nice even though we do not understanding Chinese. We communicate via translator apps. Breakfast is provided but we woke up late 😂😂 so the kitchen is closed already. But it’s okay tho because when we asked for extended check out, the boss kindly offer no further fee. We explore luoyi ancient city (5min walking), lijing gate (10min via DiDi) and yingtianmen (18min via DiDi). The room is very modern look and using smart system. The lock also using auto lock so no worries for break enter. The bed and pillow so soft we sleep soundly. There is auto lighting at the mirror in the bathroom which is very nice for makeup. There is small courtyard outside room which is very aesthetic. Overall nice environment and experience. Very recommended for foreigners like us.

HHappy PatronOverall the stay is comfortable, beds and pillows are nice. The split level is nice but not very safe for children or elderly as there is no rail. There is a nice size living room area, it's bright and windows are very large, there is a couch and projector TV with large screen but it is on the 2nd floor. The bathroom doesn't have enclosed shower so water flows onto the ground. There is a large full size refrigerator that works well, a kitchen sink, and counter area, a table that doubles as an electric mahjong table, no microwave, there is a washer but no dryer and it is located on a different floor so not very convenient and you need to ask for how to get into that apartment and there is only one to share. The sound insulation is poor, you could hear people talking and very early in the morning you can always hear when the garbage is being dumped daily. When the doors and windows are closed, we could hear someone playing the guitar and singing at 1am. There are mosquitos that come in from the hallway and windows, if you don't close them. The location was good as far as being located near restaurants and a mall and a park nearby. Most importantly Service was especially slow and there is no front desk so the only way to communicate is via WeChat and it took quite a while for the owner to get back and often not all the questions or concerns were addressed. When we arrived there were not enough bath towels, just one bath towel for 4 people. The boss was nice to get us more slippers as we asked including a paid of children's slippers. The floor is very slippery, so it's good to have slippers to wear. We were directed to get whatever we needed from bags in the hallway and inside locked cabinets such as water, toilet paper etc... But there was one day someone knocked our door to tell us that the bags needed to be moved and that they were in the way of getting to the electrical cabinet. We let the person know that they were the hotel's and not ours. On the one day the boss had the apartment cleaned she complained that we drank too much water and were wasting it and our partially used water bottles were thrown out. The boss additionally complained that we might need to pay for a cleaning fee for small drops of light blood that came from a 3 year old being scratched by mosquitos, leaving stains on the sheet. This was the first time I encountered such a rule. We were told to put garbage bags in the hallway for pick up and it took about 3 days for it to be picked up, but only after complaining that it hadn't been picked up. For 9 days the place only got cleaned once with sheets changed and towels weren't washed, but we were given disposable towels. And it only got cleaned because we asked someone to come to clean the room. Then there were internet connection issues from the start, our phones couldn't connect to wifi but the TV could, until midway through our stay we no longer had TV shows. The owner didn't believe we couldn't connect to the wifi and insisted there was no issue, so it didn't get resolved for days until we complained more about it. When we finally heard back the internet company checked to find that the bill was not paid for. It took 3 days to resolve. The day before checking out, I told the boss that I would leave early the next morning and take the train. I asked her to check the room and return the deposit. (Because we worried that the boss would deduct the deposit under some other pretext, we wanted to check out with her in person). We agreed to check out at around 7:30 am the next day. When we called the boss was still sleeping. She said that we could leave, but the deposit could not be returned until 2pm. This was the rule. I was dizzy as a result and didn't understand why she didn't tell us clearly about this the day before? In short, we restored the room to it's original state, tidied up the bed and garbage, but after 2pm, we had to ask for the deposit to be returned.
