It was a great experience, i checked-in late in the hotel but there was no issue in the check in or check out. The staff was very professional, they helped me out with everything i didnt understand because it was my first time staying at a hotel by myself. The room was clean and fresh. So yeah, overall a great experience

Although this hotel was selected in a very short span of time without much research, but it was a good choice. Stay was extremely comfortable, staff is wonderfully courteous. Food is very tasty. Strongly recommended

The rooms were spacious, the amenities on other hand are average. The towels have blood marks, smelling room, dusty floor. Cleaning is done on walls only. Breakfast was not worth it. Poha and puri/chole is what is your breakfast and some pieces of watermelons. The restaurants in not functional, so you need to rely on outside food. And they will not provide cutlery, as the person holding the keys of kitchen always goes missing.

GGastnutzerRoom furniture’s are in damaged condition. Washroom’s not maintained well and the accessories are in damaged condition. Hardened hand towels are provided in the room ie very old towels and blankets are using by the hotel. A/c controllers are not working tough to manage during the hot season. I was staying in this hotel since from 2010 and there was a break for 4years and now i tried and completely disappointed

GGuest UserIch habe kein gutes Angebot von dir bekommen. Ihr angegebener Preis war viel höher im Vergleich zu dem Hotel, das einen niedrigeren Preis anbietet. Der Grund für die Verwendung der App ist, gute Angebote zu erhalten, die besser sind als das, was das Hotel bewirbt. Fühlte sich von Ihnen betrogen. Ich mag Ihren Trip.com-Service und Ihre Werbeaktionen nicht. Nichts hat mir geholfen, aber dir mehr.

GGastnutzerThe overall experience was avarage. I have called 2 time to room service for water and one more thing. But they haven't responded. I had to call again and again. While having breakfast in morning. The steward was asking. Again and again my room numbers than she went to her senior and senior again asked my room number. It was quite embarrassing for me i had a feeling that i stepped inside the restaurant without any permission. At last their discussion ended with a silly conclusion that, oh his room number is do so paunch -two hundred five and do so paunch has a same meaning

GGastnutzerGood room, deluxe room is spacious, parking gets full due to hotel but hotel valet manages it. Breakfast is complimentary and it is bikanerwala which is situated at ground floor of hotel. Breakfast is excellent due to bikanerwala breakfast. Overall a good hotel to stay and recommended
