Taj Mahal, Lucknow is my all time fav to stay at whenever I visit Lucknow. The staff is extremely well mannered and courteous. Monica and Shraddha have always extended more hospitality and warmth which makes the overall experience even more comfortable. Vivek, the duty manager is very polite, Anil from house keeping always has a smile on his face which is pleasant to see. Ranjeet is an extremely passionate about his work and makes sure no stone is left unturned for the guest to experience top notch Taj experience. Overall a 15/10 from me. Not to forget the security staff always makes sure they greetings you when you arrive. Uma is one of the security lady there, she never fails to smile and welcome me with a warm heart.

I had an extremely frustrating and disappointing stay at this property. Despite booking for three days, I will be checking out after just one night due to their complete lack of service standards and disregard for guest comfort. I arrived late at night for a business trip, checking in around 11 PM. Having specifically requested a noise-free room, I was shocked to be disturbed by loud construction noise at 2 AM. I contacted the reception three times, and each time I was told they were “looking into it.” With no resolution, I finally went down to the reception myself, only to be told that the noise was due to construction work in the restaurant and that it would be stopped immediately. However, upon returning to my room, the noise resumed almost immediately. After another hour of back-and-forth calls to the reception, I was informed that construction workers had arrived, and some noise would continue. To my dismay, the disturbance never ceased. I chose Hilton expecting a certain standard of quality and service, but this experience has been far from it. Such disregard for guest comfort and unprofessional handling of the situation is unacceptable. This stay has left me deeply dissatisfied and questioning Hilton’s commitment to its guests.
