HOTEL NEXUS. Ich hatte ursprünglich ein anderes Hotel in Lucknow mit meiner indischen Mobilnummer reserviert. Sie dachten, ich sei ein indischer Bürger, so konnte ich mich als Gast nicht akzeptieren, als ich ankam, da sie nicht zur Aufnahme ausländischer Touristen zugelassen waren. Der ***-Gegner dort [R.K.International] war äußerst hilfreich und hat mir einen Rabatt im relativ nahe Hotel Nexus. Als ich hier ankam, zeigte mir das Personal drei verfügbare Zimmer und lasse mich wählen, was ich lieber. Die Zimmer waren alle sauber, große Zimmer mit großer sauberer Toilette/Dusche. Da ich auf dem Weg nach Nepal war und vor allem nach Lucknow kam, um einen Covid PCR-Test zu erhalten, hatte ich ein Problem, das ich zum Hotel ***ager genommen hatte. Aufgrund einer 5-hour spät ankommenden Zug plus das Problem mit meiner vorherigen Hotelbuchung, habe ich keine Zeit, am Tag meiner Ankunft einen PCR-Test zu nehmen. Auch nichts von Lucknow vor meiner geplanten Abreise zu sehen. Der ***-Ager Mr. Vaibhaj Trow löst meine Schwierigkeiten durch das Anrufen, arrangierte einen Dr., um morgens ins Hotel zu kommen, um den Test zu nehmen, PLUS druckte einen Weg von Orten, um in Lucknow zu sehen, PLUS erlaubte mir, mein Gepäck nach dem Abreisedatum im Hotel zu verlassen, so dass ich die Sehenswürdigkeiten vor meiner Nachtbahn verlassen konnte. So in SAMMENFASSUNG: gute, komfortable, ruhige saubere Zimmer PLUS EXCELENT Kundenservice von der sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeiter. ________
