Great location, metro is close by and you can easily reach Airport. It’s a good property but looks like completely mismanaged. Issues are - No hot water in the room inspite of multiple reminders - tap water in the wash basic no hot water - in washbasin water gets clogged - one my colleague got locked inside the Wash room he wrote the reviews on google it seems - in the restaurant on the 1st floor no AC cooling. Too many issues. Staff can’t take any decision and General Manager is not easily reachable. I will never stay again here.

All well nice place nice staff everything is good and fine staff is good and friendly rooms are good and well all good please book this hotel it’s very comfortable food is nice they also have bar it’s very nice and very clean and very beautiful peach full place

Very nice and clean, very nice behaviour.satisfied with overall service. Could add a hand shower in the bathroom, it's useful for elder parents and kids. Located at the central of the city, it's easier to move anywhere within the city. Overall very good experience

Everything was perfect. Just upgrade your television. So that the guests can view different channels. Otherwise everything was good. It is safe for females travelling alone and staff ensures ur privacy. Staff was polite and helpful. Keep it up

The room was very nice and clean. The food was really good. We had dinner at the hotel and all items were delicious. Tea was yummy, tasted just like home Also the service by the restaurant staff was very polite and quick. Highly recommend this hotel

Location of the hotel is good as it’s in main Hazratganj with ample car parking space.Service is fast. Their in-house kitchen is good with home like taste.Rooms are equipped with all the modern amenities, size of the rooms is good with couch and tables in all the rooms starting from their basic executive room.

Hotel rooms were spacious, luxurious n bathrooms v clean. Big spread for breakfast n restaurant food was v tasty. House keeping was good but can be improved. Hotel is situated in the heart of the city. Stay was v enjoyable and staff were friendly.

We booked 2 executive double rooms in the hotel with high expectations. However since the time we entered the hotel, the experience was pathetic. Hotels main entry lobby at ground floor was stinking badly, rooms had no towels and we have to ask for it every time. I booked room with city view but all we got was the view to old stinky building adjacent to hotel. Hotel had poor infra-my bathroom door got locked and I had to call their staff for help at 11:30 in the night and finally it was opened after 20-25 min of effort. The only good thing was that the staff behaviour was good and accomodating. However I'll not recommended it at all, specially when you can get room in Radisson at same cost with better customer service.

Best ever experience with all the provided amenities. Specially the welcome and the drinks. Staff was really polite and helpful too. Washrooms and rooms were quite clean and environment was really peace giving and calming. Sitting area and Food was nice.
