Wow, this stay was fabulous! I stayed for 2 nights and I knew it would be great because BJ's Restaurant was literally less than 2 minutes away by walking! They were festive for Halloween in the lobby! In the morning, I indulged in their breakfast. They had a waffle maker, assorted fruits, juices and water with lemon.
The rooms are very clean and all your amenities are there; they do not have their travel sized take home amenities which is great to me. They have refillable lotions, shampoo, conditioner etc...
I would stay here again and again!

There was no hot water all night and when I spoke with someone about it overnight nothing was done about it so I talk to you the booking agency I went through and they called the hotel and the person at the front desk said that I had never complained so I guess the overnight person didn't notate our conversation. They need to be better about communicating and better at problem solving as well. I should receive at least a partial refund because I paid $200 for that room for the night and didn't even get to shower
