Staff literally bent over backwards to help with our needs, (we’d booked with two dogs, first time they’d had a hotel stay with us, one dog extremely hyper and needy.. ) had a table booked for a meal before realising he’d just annoy everyone and would have screamed like a child if left in the room, went downstairs to cancel the table and was told we could have the smaller closed off dining area to ourselves, we was absolutely thrilled and enjoyed a delicious 3 course meal in private with both dogs, so kind of the staff, outstanding customer service
