Das Gebäude wird derzeit renoviert, aber das ist keine Entschuldigung für den Dreck des Ortes. Die Betten sind bequem und das Wasser war heiß und hatte einen guten Druck. Ich hatte den Eindruck, dass es kein Wartungsteam gibt und das Reinigungspersonal entweder unterbesetzt ist und sein Bestes gibt oder einfach nur faul ist

Overall it is fine. Certain staff are the standout feature of this hotel. In particular Judith who runs the breakfast in the restaurant - what a lovely human she is l! Premier Inn keep hold of this angel. She is a perfect example of customer services. So accommodating and genuinely cares. Also the young lady who seemed to be in charge of the restaurant on the evening of Weds 28th Aug. I wish I'd got her name. What a lovely, accommodating, genuinely nice person to encounter as we got in after a long nightmare journey to the hotel. Food was lovely at both dinner and breakfast. I was really impressed with the options at the breakfast buffet. I was able to find something for all 4 of us fussy eaters. Even had Alpro soya milk available which made my morning! Really comfy big beds but the smaller bed in the Family room was not at all comfortable and squeaky when the occupant moved around. Our room on the 6th floor felt clean but tired. I hope the rooms are due for refurbishment soon as this could be a lovely place to stay. Views from the higher floors are amazing. It was nice and quiet for us. Great shower in the morning. Good amount of complimentary shower gel and soap, clean towels but bathroom feels tired and a little rough. Not unclean, just needs better maintaining. Parking outside the hotel is nice and easy, and free which is why I booked here. I would stay here again but do feel the prices are too high considering the condition of our room. As my daughter said "they wouldn't get full payment on Four In A Bed"!

Amazing stay Comfortable rooms Super breakfast Great staff-special shoutout to Judith at breakfast, made me feel at home 6 stars I asked for a quiet room due to the nature of my stay-business Was given a great room, away from the lifts. Slept like a log.

It was the best and very lovely. The lady Ileana really looked after me and made sure I was always ok. The hotel was very clean and just the perfect fit too! Very close to town which was also handy. My husband loved it and says thank you and he will be back.

Convenient location and easy to get to. Was really handy as a one night stopover. The building does seem a little thin though as I heard a lot of noise overhead from the fourth floor above which was a bit distracting. That being said, it was a clean and tidy room and a good, comfortable bed. Very friendly and helpful staff - Joselyn at reception was great.

Ileana, the hotel manager gave excellent service. I would recommend this hotel with its new refurbishment and close amenities of all the shops you need from restaurants, take aways, clothes, shoes home products. With a tube station just 7mins walk to get to London Central in 40mins. Kind Regards Chris
