This hotel is amazing! The building was once a weaving factory (correct me if I'm wrong!) and they have done an excellent job turning it into a beautiful, functional hotel. We had a junior suite and it was huge. We didn't use the pool but the gym is very well fitted out. The breakfast buffet was excellent, so much choice. It's a great place to stay.

Ein ziemlich neues und sehr elegantes Hotel in einem angesagten Viertel. Die Zimmer sind klein aber sehr praktisch und wohnlich ausgestaltet. Angenehmes und charmantes Personal. Besonders erfreulich ist die Lage in einem angesagten Viertel aber dennoch ruhig. Etwas knapp sind die parkplätze doch findet sich eine Lösung.

Wir verbrachten ein Wochenende in diesem Hotel und unser Aufenthalt war okay. Es ist in einer perfekten zentralen Lage, so dass die Hauptstraße Piotrkowska nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt ist. Das Personal im Hotel war freundlich und hilfsbereit, wir hatten auch ein schmackvolles Frühstück und benutzte Spa-Anlagen. Unser Zimmer war sauber, obwohl es meiner Meinung nach renoviert werden könnte. Insgesamt empfehle ich dieses Hotel.

2 Nächte in Łódź. Hotel gut gelegen. Große Tiefgarage. Freundlicher Empfang. Saubere große Zimmer mit allem was man braucht. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück und toller Service an der Bar. Super Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Wir haben uns sehr über das Welcome Treatment mit handgeschriebener Begrüßung gefreut.

Zentrale Lage. Sehr neu. Sehr modern. Sehr hilfsbereites Personal. Das gesamte Frühstücksbuffet wurde in den Preis einbezogen. Essen war sehr wiederholt, aber frisch und reichlich. Eier bestellen machte nie eine Frage. Ich würde gern gerauchte Fische haben, aber ich habe es mit kalten Schnittchen und Käse geregelt. Die einzigen drei negativen waren: Die Badehandtücher hätten größere und weichere sein können und der Duschebereich in seiner Suche nach moderner sein nur 3 Seiten hatte so, dass es schwierig, das Wasser nicht auf dem Badezimmerboden zu sprühen. Schließlich hätte die Badesapelbar größere sein sollen. Insgesamt eine sehr angenehme Erfahrung und ich empfehle es wirklich.

Das Hotel ist gut, nicht weit vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Es gibt eine Bushaltestelle im Erdgeschoss vom Hotel, aber wenn Sie eine Straßenbahn nehmen müssen, müssen Sie etwa 800 Meter laufen, was etwas umständlich ist. Es ist weit von der Altstadt entfernt und dauert mit dem Bus mehr als eine halbe Stunde. Die Umgebung im Erdgeschoss des Hotels ist sehr gut, es ist ein großer Park. Es gibt jedoch keinen Supermarkt in der Nähe, was das Einkaufen besonders umständlich macht. Insgesamt ist es zufriedenstellend.

Beside the good size and modern rooms, but with very bad pillows and sheets, this hotel has little to offer, even as an holiday inn (they are a franchisee that use the brand to attract customers, but do little to recognise brand status). Location at the southern end of the city requires that you walk 1 km to the nearest restaurant and bar, the reception service is soviet style, dry and totally unfriendly. The reception area is as welcoming as a hospital reception, the staff unskilled and definitely not passionate to work there. The venue offers almost no facilities for a new hotel, the gym is miniature in the basement, no pool like at Vienna House and the hotel looked like a ghost ship during my 3 days stay, no customer around. A very weird experience, and definitely not a good Holiday inn. There are much better options in town with much better and friendlier service, i was fooled by the reviews, its a cold and unpersonnal post Communist venue. If only they would treat Diamond status with top service Never going back there (i am in Lodz every quarter)
