Hotel the Place - Adults Only

Was sold this hotel by easyJet holidays and it is permanently closed. We were miss sold our holiday and have now potentially lost over £1300. EasyJet are ignoring us and with 28 days to go we have no holiday and no money. This hotel is no longer in business, so do not book it with any company that is advertising it.

AVOID!!!! DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL AND DEFINITELY DO NOT BOOK IT WITH EASYJET! THEY TOOK OUR BOOKING FOR THIS HOTEL AND DID NOT NOTIFY US THAT THE HOTEL IS PERMANENTLY CLOSED. DESPITE THEM KNOWING THE HOTEL WAS CLOSED THEY STILL TOOK OUR FINAL PAYMENT AND ARE NOW REFUSING TO ACCEPT THAT THEY FRAUDULENTLY TOOK OUR MONEY. I HAVE EVIDENCE THAT THEY WERE AWARE AND HAD NOT MADE US AWARE. STAFF ARE REFUSING TO GIVE US A REFUND AND WE ONLY HAVE 29 DAYS UNTIL WE ARE DUE TO GO WITH NO MONEY AND NO HOLIDAY!!!

Me and my partner booked this hotel through easyJet holidays at the start of the year. We saw a few reviews that the place is closed for the rest of the year not until June . It has taken a month for easyJet to contact us and confirmed it’s closed (easyjet has terrible customer service). We tried to contact the hotel itself and the phone number doesn’t work neither does their email. If you have booked this hotel for this year, please change before it’s too late to avoid disappointment.

***sorry to say this hotel is closed we had booked this hotel with easyJet holidays and had to change our holiday last minute, this was confirmed by the hotel manager of the sister hotel. We did have a lovely conversation with the manager from the sister hotel called Marko from the Paradise hotel ***

This is a very new hotel with amazing style and modern furniture. The cleanliness is top. the staff is very kind and the breakfast is nice with sweet and salted food. We have never seen so professional receptionist nowehre like the guy Kay! We would only improve the rooftop bar as it was often closed or not working in the evening. It is a pity because it is very nice and would be a nice place after dinner for a cocktail. Overall, we recommend this hotel to everyone who likes desgin and comfort.

Disappointed as the hotel canceled our reservation with only a 24-hour notice. Our reservation was confirmed over 2 weeks ago via Agoda, but the hotel contacted Agoda pretending that we requested for a cancellation 2 days before our arrival. This is by far the worst customer service that we have encountered in Mallorca. And if you do not speak Spanish, don’t even try to understand what happened with the receptionist. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone unless you like be scrambling for a room last minute during the peak summer season.

Fantastic small hotel. Tastefully renovated. We were positively surprised. Breakfast was great and staff was friendly. The room is modern and it’s design well thought thru. Parking on the street outside the hotel was no problem and felt safe.

Bien situado, zona muy tranquila y fácil aparcamiento. Hotel pequeño pero muy acogedor. Habitaciones pequeñas, muy limpias y bien decoradas. Muy buen desayuno y personal muy amable. Piscina en la azotea. Muy recomendable.

La habitación muy cómoda,moderna y acogedora,también la ducha, aunque estuviera dentro de la misma. Muy buen servicio,el trato,tanto en la recepción como el personal del desayuno. Un desayuno,por cierto,muy rico. La pena no poder disfrutar de la piscina de la terraza,el agua estaba ya muy fría. No está en la misma playa,pero está muy cerca de todo. Muy buen hotel para una escapada en pareja.
