Please save your sanity and stay somewhere else.. it's so bad that I'm spending my spare time writing this review to warn others not to make the same mistake to save a few dollars. anywhere is better than here. most of the guests are full time residents and there is trash Everywhere. front desk is Nasty, especially the obese manager (why I avoided the property for so long in the 1st place) Beware of the checkout scam they are running... office hours are only 11am to 7pm and CLOSED Sunday. front desk will not check you out. Required to download the redroof app to complete checkout!! or your card on file is charged $21.80.. even if you left the room way before the deadline and notify them (they do not give you a warning courtesy call or housekeeping knock)... they refer you to the app and brag amongst each other that everyone gets charged. fyi .. be prepared to go without internet bc wifi does not connect (requires authentication, but just times out.. tried relentlessly for 48 hrs) the deposit POSTED to my account so before I disputed it, I called and asked if they "charge the deposit/then refund it....or authorize it only (so it drops off eventually)" and the girl said my question makes no sense, "charging and authorizing is the same thing" and then says I am insulting her intelligence when I asked her to ask her manager so I can get a real answer instead of her guessing. that's what you'll be dealing with. a hotel front desk that believes charging a card and authorizing a card is the same thing.
