In general it was bad expierience, not very friendly environment, and a bad customer service. got to the room and the carpet looked like it should have been replaced years ago. The hot tub/pool was super small and they shut down the pool and hot tub the whole morning. surprised that there were as many kids there as there was. almost every customer in elevator or hallway was mad/dissapointed. The bar/restaurant was closed down and has been for a year so I was told. I brought up the pool to the front end (whom just kept saying another hour and it will open) obviously not the case seeing as my kids eagerly waited since 8am when it should have opened, and kept checking on it only to then be told at 1045 (2 more hours) conveniently putting us past our checkout, But 50dollars more and we could stay another hour…. That’s dirty. disappointment in me and my kids eyes I heard the staff mocking saying “oh must be a full moon” (should pull footage and teach staff manners) at first that angered me but then i realized the whole place was miserable and falling apart.
