Dockside Aparthotel, BW Signature Collection

Great location. 2 bedroom both quiet & clean.  Just a little too soft for us about the mattress.

Very good hotel

We visited for a 3 day conference at the ACC, brilliant location. The apartments were well equipped, it was great to share an apartment with my colleague as we had our own bedrooms and bathrooms. The whole place was spotless. Staff on reception really cheerful and helpful. I will definitely be back for a non business trip.

Really, really impressed. The apartment was huge, we went as a couple so were surprised at how big it was. The staff were very helpful (big shout out to Chris(?) who bought some more tea/milk up at 6.00am!) and pleasant. The hotel is very conveniently located for the M&S Bank Arena, last couple of times we've been we stayed at The Adelphi in the city centre, and another hotel further down the docks. Neither were a patch on the Dockside. At first we were a little concerned about the tiny reception area and lack of restaurant etc, but the staff explained it was only temporary. We're not super fussy and the type of people to check every last inch of the rooms for the slightest bit of dust or missing paint, but it looked very clean inside and it felt like it should have been 3 times as expensive. We will make this out 'go to' hotel when we stay over in Liverpool again, especially for a concert at the M&S Bank Arena. No hesitation in recommending the place and can't wait to return.

Stayed at the Dockside as a last minute trip, wish we could have stayed longer, the location is perfect for all the tourist attractions, the apartments are right on the Albert Docks, Beatle Museum, shops, bars, Arena, ferry across the mersey, Liverpool 1 shopping 10 mins away and bars with fab entertainment, as well as the cavern a must if it's your first visit. Check in was warm & welcoming, wow the apartments was above our expectations, our apartment was had two bedrooms, one bedroom double bed with ensuite (loo & sink) the other bedroom, double bed but can also change to twin beds and the sofa can also change into a bed. The bathroom is spacious with a lovely walk in shower, shower.& hand wash are supplied also an hairdryer. The lounge spacious with ceiling to floor windows overlooking the water, settee, coffee table, tv, large table to have your coffee I overlooking at the views. Kitchen is amply kitted out if you want to self cater, microwave, kettle, toaster, hob, all crockery, pots & pans, sachets of tea, coffee milk are supplied but I did take my own as I like my Yorkshire tea and some milk, there are shops nearby if you want to pick up some provisions. Wouldn't hesitate to return back to the Dockside Apartments. Staff was lovely & nothing too much trouble.

Stayed here for comic con with our family What a beautiful apartment we had , views were fabulous, apartment had all you need . Had WiFi issues checking us in but the manager Michelle helped us get to our room and was great with our children , what a gem we will certainly be back .
