Von der Eincheckung bis zum Auscheck dieses Grundstücks überstieg meine Erwartungen und ich bin ein wenig ein Geschäftsklasse-Klasse-Klasse-Klasse-Klasse-Klasse-Klasse-Klasse-Klasse-Klasse-Klasse-Klasse-Klasse-Klasse-Kla Meine Geschäftspartner und ich werden sicherer zurückkommen.

Good value, clean. Would recommend.

I recently lost my house from a fire we lost everything! I originally stayed at the courtyard downtown which was way too pricey and not even a very nice room. I was happily surprised when I called to make a reservation here and the woman on the phone was kind & helpful & even got me a discounted rate! Check in went smooth and the front desk staff was very welcoming. The lobby & breakfast area is large and has a nice modern vibe. I booked a 2 queen bed room and I was so impressed with the room! The bathroom was huge!! The fridge was a larger size mini fridge that worked very well (my last rooms had terrible fridges) the courtyard also didn't have microwaves in their rooms so I was pleased to see 1. I loved the detachable shower head and there was a large closet with a mirror as the door. I was really pleased with this hotel up until I went downstairs to their market at about 4 AM I grabbed a couple pops and as soon as I went to pay the guy at the desk came running out from the back office screaming at me that the market was closed going on to say the light was off so that means it's C L O S E D! (He spelled it out for me) I was confused and asked if I did something wrong he continued to scream at me to put the things back and before I could say another word he told me no! There are no vending machines on the property if I wanted something to drink I would have to leave the property and buy them somewhere else. I tried asking why it was closed and why he was screaming at me as if I had done something wrong and said bye bye! And went back to the back room behind the desk slamming the door. I have no idea what his problem was I have never seen a market close at hotel before guests shouldn't have to leave the property at 4 am if they want something to drink and definitely shouldn't be chased off and screamed at and given no explanation for his madness. This guy was absolutely INSANE! I will definitely be talking with the manager in the morning. I feel like such a Karen right now I NEVER leave reviews or talk to management but I am so upset right now. Overall I am really happy with the hotel and the rest of the staff I will be staying here again hopefully the overnight guy gets his act together

The staff earned all 5 stars. From the jump, Destiny & Bobbie helped me with reservations for me and my family. Chef Ray and Cali were so attentive to making sure breakfast was good. Then Jessica (oh Jessica) who made my evenings so much better with just the right cocktail to help me unwind. The entire staff was AMAZING!

I have stayed here several times previously - primarily because they have a restaurant. This is the last time I will stay: check-in took about 30 minutes; before I reached my room my credit card was already charged for two nights, giving me no chance to cancel 2nd night (although my rate allowed that); rate actually charged to my credit card was about 30% higher than the confirmed rate - front desk had no explanation for that. Restaurant service non-existent: tried twice, each time for 15 minutes with the sole waitress (also had to tend the bar) running past me numerous times. I usually am not too critical, but this was simply too much, too bad.

Andre Current war großartig und hatte während unseres Übernachtungsaufenthalts im Hotel große Kundenservice-Qualifikationen. Er hat uns begrüßt! unser Zimmer war sauber und das Hotel hatte die richtige Menge von Einrichtungen für nur einen Übernachtungsaufenthalt. Wir wollten wieder auf unserem Weg zurückbleiben, aber unsere Route hat sich verändert.

Sehr nahe vom Flughafen, es gibt einen kostenlosen Bus am Tag, um ins Hotel zu kommen, die Zimmergröße ist ok, aber die Einrichtungen sind relativ einfach und das Frühstück ist relativ einfach amerikanisch.
