Red Roof Inn & Suites Little Rock

Very disappointed in this hotel. Nobody at front desk when we arrived, clerk did come out in a few minutes. Room was reserved at $86.64 and card was charged at $99.99. I understood this to be extra charge for incidentals, if needed. (We did not use anything that could be charged to room) I asked about it at check out and thought she said it could be credited. Again, no one at desk for check out. I called the number left at desk and left a voice mail. The clerk did arrive in the elevator and checked me out. I waited another week and called about the still unrefunded charge and was told that they would call me back later that evening. That has been one week ago, so we’re now at two weeks and money has still not been credited back to my card. This is not a substantial amount of money and I will not pursue this farther, however, I feel it’s frustrating to pay for non disclosed charges! Desk clerk was also absent when we arrived back from dinner. Not sure if desk is ever staffed consistently or just as needed? I felt this was a safety concern and that anybody could enter the hotel unchecked. Attn Tesla drivers: I specifically chose this hotel because of the Tesla destination charger, however website does not mention that there is a $25 fee to use it. Instead, we drove to a nearby supercharger and charged completely for $17. Room was ok for one night. Will not stay here again.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! DIRTY, MOLDY, SCAMMY I booked in December for a two night stay in April and when I showed up they gave me a different room that was more expensive than the one I originally booked, and besides that, WAS DISGUSTING. Our room had BLACK MOLD in the bathroom, and STAINS all over the bedding. We saw the black mold in our room not more than 20 min after checking in and immediately left to stay somewhere else. The woman working at the front told us we would get a refund not once, but TWICE, because we stopped by again the day we left to come home to confirm we would get a refund. She told us that around 2 pm that day her manager would be in and the refund would go through. So far I have only received $100 back from a $360 booking!!!!! $100 doesn't even cover the deposit I had to pay upon check-in!!! WHICH THEY ARE STILL CHARGING ME FOR. WE DIDN'T SPEND A SINGLE NIGHT IN THIS DISGUSTING HOTEL AND THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE THE DECENCY TO REFUND OUR MONEY???? even after putting us at risk with that mold exposure!!!! Who knows how much more mold was hiding behind the walls, the sink, etc??? SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR HEALTH AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD

When you find the hotel it's nice. It's back off the main drag behind what looks like an abandoned gas station. It looks sketchy, but the room was actually super nice. The bed was so soft and comfortable. They gave us extra pillows that we asked for. The room was clean. The heat, TV, hot water, worked well. There was a full sized fridge and microwave. A coffee maker we didn't use. We had a very restful night.

I booked this hotel using Groupon. Groupon details shows free breakfast during check in I inquired about breakfast they said they don't have breakfast and canceled booking and asked me to stay in hotel next to them.When I said i did not asked to cancel booking they said leave the hotel and they are calling police.All behaviour does not make any sence.They are not ready to talk and their behavior was very rude.If they don't want reservations they should not make it available on booking sites

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! I booked a room at this hotel via a third a party site. Looking at the pictures on the site I thought this would be an acceptable (clean inexpensive) hotel. The bathroom was disgusting. Black mold throughout the shower and bathroom walls. (see pictures) Dirty/unwashed bed linen. Even with a nonrefundable reservation there is the reasonable expectation that you will be provided a clean, safe space to rest. Not the case at this hotel. Although this is a franchise location this was a very poor representation of the Red Roof brand. The condition of this room is a clear indication of the routine neglect and uncleanliness of this hotel. The unwillingness of management to rectify this issue solidifies that fact that this is not location or brand to patronize in the future. You definitely get what you pay for...

First the little creep tried to overcharge me with a "reservation fee" I said no.. that is not what I agreed to when I reserved the room. So he claimed he would waive it.. when the charge went through the little creep charged me anyway. When I questioned why the hallway had a curtain covering a window his true colors came out.. he called me a fat ***** and said get the F out I said I want my money back..he claimed he refunded me.. actually he charged me 2 more times. DO NOT TRUST THIS CREEP!

It was late night and we stopped for a little rest. The room was cleaned! Comfortable beds! The room was Neatly, big, and decently priced! Will comeback if we are in town! We love pet friendly and very cleaned areas!

the carpets in the room and halls were filthy. The nonsmoking room reeked of smoke. There was no stopper for the tub(we used the top of the ice bucket-sorry). EEWWW. The comforter had a huge rip(didn't see it immediately as there was a cover over it). The guys hanging outside the door smoking with chains and crosses around their necks were scary. We had dogs and there was no problem there. Never again!

The hotel , lobby and room was nice and clean. Good location with lots of options for food and shopping nearby. Tasha at the front desk was great to work with and super helpful. Great place to stay and a super value.
