Premier Inn Lisburn

What a fantastic hotel , lovely and clean and fresh looking. The staff are brilliant nothing to much trouble at all, always willing to help you. We have stopped here twice last year June & September and we have come back again as it feels like home. Our room is lovely plus we had this room in September, bed is so comfortable and our pillows are as well, we had a fantastic night sleep. We will be back again on our motorbike to see you all again. Ref to the restaurant food lovely and staff are so friendly cant fault place at all.

Hotel facilities were very good. The bed was very comfortable and I had a great nights sleep.However the service in the bar and restaurant was disappointing. Staff don’t seem to be fully trained and the wait for food was over 45 mins. I ordered a pint of lager and received ice with it. Breakfast was not much better. Overall the hotel was great but I feel the restaurant is the hotels biggest let down. It is need of improvement, maybe new staff or management would fix this as nobody seemed to know how to their job.

Restaurant closed some nights which was severely disappointing. The nights that the restaurant was open, it was extremely unclean with flies everywhere, strange rotten egg smell around the bar area. Avoid. Receptions staff were nice. However restaurant staff were very unhelpful. I would come back as a last resort.

We checked in quite late and were ready for bed. Beds very comfortable and the shower was exactly what I needed to waken me up, warm and powerful! Very clean and comfortable rooms. James on the front desk was a breath of fresh air. Very accommodating, helpful and friendly. His customer service skills are up there with the best 🌟 Thank you James for your kindness, you’re an asset to premier inn Lisburn ❤️

Needed an overnight stay to break up a long return journey. Premier Inn Lisburn seemed to offer a value for money proposition so we took it without high expectations. The experience was such that we decided to stay a second night and take in some sights. The staff were superb, warm, friendly and on top of their brief. The room was pleasantly large, spotlessly clean and well designed from a functional point of view. By the way, the soft pink night light in the bathroom... lovely touch that prevents one burning one's eyes out when having a spontaneous 4am weee. By no means a 5 star hotel, it's not in that market but definitely a solid 4. Happy to have found it as I will have to take that trip again and will definitely book another 2 nights. Special thanks to Nataliya in the bar, Simon in reception and the wonderful lady in charge of breakfast who's name I didn't manage to get. Hotels are a people business and you really need to keep these people. They are your best asset. Cheers 🍻 Damien.

We arrive at the hotel late hungry and tired. The kitchen was closed. Nataliye, at the bar, went above and beyond the call of duty to take care of us. She was friendly, warm and. charming. It is hard to make a hungry person smile, let alone, laugh. She saved the day. Thank you.

Room tidy Bed comfortable Bar and Restaurant staff members are amateur at best. Seriously need further training. Bar area absolutely filthy, I can only imagine what the kitchen is like. Food menu very limited and barely edible Breakfast service very poor - some days there was cooked breakfast somedays all you could have was tea and toast. Better off eating at Mcdonalds.

Walked in around 7pm, reception guy was great, but said if we were wanting dinner they were backed up until around 9pm! I thought this must be a good place if it’s that busy on a Tuesday evening! We went straight to our room, dropped our bags and headed to the restaurant to be asked “Have you booked Sir?” I said “No” She then said “Oh, I’m sorry, but we are full!” I looked around, laughed and said “But there’s only half a dozen diners in!!” There was literally nobody in! She said, “But you have to book” What a ridiculous way to do business! Do Premier Inn know that this woman is turning away business? Aside from that, the room was spot on and plenty of parking

Me and my wife were loyal customers of this restaurant for 10 years. We used to love coming for the special value menu. However I feel rather sad about the way we were treated on our last visit. Arrived on a Tuesday afternoon to come for lunch and were shocked to be told that they no longer open for food during lunchtime. I then asked to book a table for the evening only to be told we weren’t allowed as it was now “residents only”. I even asked if there was a possibility of squeezing us in but was coldly told NO. Over 10 years of loyalty threw back our faces. My wife was very upset at the tone we were spoke too. I’m sure that we are not the only people who are upset about the residents only policy. I felt like an embarrassed child being scolded by my teacher. I also noticed that it was mostly new faces working, I can only guess that new management is the reason for staff leaving.
