"Die fünf Punkte vergebe ich ausschließlich dem Butler Xiao Dai. Von der anfänglichen Begrüßung bis zur Erfüllung verschiedener Wünsche war er stets aufmerksam und zufriedenstellend bei der Lösung von Problemen, die in der Vergangenheit auftraten. Ich muss mich aber unbedingt beschweren: Das Hotel ist mittelmäßig, aber nah am Freizeitpark und für einen Ausflug mit Kindern ausreichend. Wo viele Kinder sind, gibt es aber auch viele Viren. Ich hoffe, das Hotel achtet besonders auf die Desinfektion, denn am nächsten Tag hat sich unser Kind mit Hand-Fuß-Mund-Krankheit angesteckt und hatte hohes Fieber. Und jetzt kommt der wichtige Teil: Weil das Kind krank war, habe ich es nicht zum Frühstück mitgenommen, aus Angst, andere Kinder anzustecken. Am Eingang des Frühstücksraums sprach ich eine Frau an der Rezeption an, erklärte ihr die Situation des Kindes und fragte, ob ich etwas zum Mitnehmen ins Zimmer packen könnte. Sie war nicht nur unfreundlich, sondern sagte auch: „Wenn Sie Angst vor Ansteckung haben, können Sie sie doch draußen an einem Tisch essen lassen, oder?“ Ich war wirklich wütend. Mein Kind hatte hohes Fieber im Zimmer, und sie wollte, dass ich es herunterbringe und draußen im Wind frühstücken lasse. Dann sagte sie, es sei nicht erlaubt, Essen mit ins Zimmer zu nehmen, nur ein einfaches Essen sei möglich. Das einfache Essen bestand aus kalten Eiern und Mais. Ich fragte, ob ich für das kranke Kind etwas warmen Brei und kleine Brötchen bekommen könnte. Ihre Haltung blieb kalt. Sie ließ mich am Frühstückseingang stehen und schickte jemand anderen, um etwas für mich einzupacken. Das Warten dauerte über zehn Minuten. Als ich dann selbst hineinging, um ein paar kleine Brötchen auszusuchen, schickten sie tatsächlich jemanden, der mich die ganze Zeit verfolgte, als wäre ich eine Kriminelle. Ich wollte eine Schüssel einfache Nudelsuppe, aber das war auch nicht erlaubt. So etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Ich verstehe, dass das Hotel das Mitnehmen von Lebensmitteln nicht erlaubt, aber ist diese Art der Problembehandlung nicht zu starr und übertrieben? Ich habe für drei Frühstücke bezahlt und am Ende wurde ich behandelt, als würde ich etwas aus Ihrem Hotel stehlen. Was gibt es da so arrogant zu sein? Es ist doch ein Kinder- und Familienhotel, und selbst so ein geringer Service ist nicht möglich. Als Mutter mit Kind unterwegs zu sein, hat mich sehr entmutigt. Am Ende kam Butler Xiao Dai zu uns, entschuldigte sich und brachte Geschenke. Der Restaurantmanager rief mich an und brachte uns mittags zwei Schüsseln Nudeln. Das Lustigste war, dass er den Anruf entgegennahm und lange nicht merkte, dass ich die Kellnerin noch murmeln hörte, sie hätte nichts gesagt und bla bla bla – immer noch dieselbe Einstellung. Alles in allem ist mein Eindruck vom Hotel und dem Meeresthemenpark, dass die meisten Mitarbeiter lustlos und mürrisch wirken. Ein Resort und Kinderfreizeitpark sollten Orte der Entspannung und Freude sein, aber diese Atmosphäre ist sehr unangenehm."

"Sauberkeit: Sehr sauber, und die gesamte Einrichtung ist absolut Instagram-tauglich; mein Partner und ich waren total begeistert. Ausstattung: Die Toilette ist modern, und die Vorhänge sind elektrisch (sogar besser als im zweiten Westin, in dem wir in Wanning übernachtet haben!). Die Rezeptionistin hat uns geholfen, ein Zimmer mit Badewanne zu bekommen, was fantastisch war. Umgebung: Absolut atemberaubender Meerblick direkt vor der Tür! Wie auf den Bildern zu sehen, ist der Meerblick unglaublich beruhigend und hat uns jeden Tag glücklich gemacht. Es gibt mehrere Restaurants in der Nähe, und der Strand ist direkt unten – perfekt zum Fotografieren. Service: Die Rezeptionisten waren alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, haben uns proaktiv mit unserem Gepäck geholfen und waren immer für uns da. Der Transfer vom und zum Flughafen/Bahnhof war ebenfalls sehr aufmerksam."

"Der Service des Hotels war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Rezeptionistin Li Yuefeng war sehr aufmerksam. Sie half uns beim Einchecken und bei der Zimmerauswahl und schenkte unseren Kindern sogar Kekse. Die Umgebung des Hotels war großartig, und selbst im Hotel lag ich nicht stickig. Nachts badete ich in den heißen Quellen und bemerkte, dass jeder Pool mit Mückenspiralen beleuchtet war. Die Bergluft war frisch, und das Zimmer war geräumig und hell. Abends konnte man vom Balkon aus den Bergblick genießen. Der Swimmingpool des Hotels ist in zwei Bereiche unterteilt: einen für Kinder und einen für Erwachsene. Die Wasserqualität ist ebenfalls sehr gut und sauber. Die Kinder wollten nach dem Spielen gar nicht mehr weg. Ganz zu schweigen vom Essen im Hilton. 👍 Der Preis ist auch angemessen, und man kann mit geschlossenen Augen duschen."

"Dieses Mal hatte ich einen tollen Aufenthalt im Narada Hotel in der Xiangshui-Bucht! Das Hotel liegt versteckt in einer ruhigen Bucht, umgeben von grünen Pflanzen. Sobald man die Tür öffnet, sieht man das blaue Meer und den blauen Himmel, und die natürliche Atmosphäre ist allgegenwärtig. Das Zimmer ist geräumig und elegant, komplett ausgestattet, und vom Aussichtsbalkon aus genießt man den wunderschönen Meerblick. Es ist sehr angenehm, morgens vom Meeresrauschen geweckt zu werden. Der Service ist noch aufmerksamer. Ich bin Manager Huang sehr dankbar für seinen sorgfältigen Service. Von der Rezeption bis zum Reinigungspersonal sind alle herzlich und aufmerksam und helfen auch bei der Planung der Reiseroute. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich und umfasst sowohl chinesische als auch westliche Gerichte. Der Infinity-Pool und der Privatstrand sind die Highlights, und jede Aufnahme ist ein echter Hingucker. Sehr empfehlenswert, eine großartige Wahl für Urlaub und Entspannung!"

"Also gingen wir. 1. Das Zimmer steht voll und ganz im Einklang mit der Beschreibung. Alles ist rein, ohne Geruch und Spleen. Die Aussicht aus dem Fenster ist chic. 2. Hotelservice und Personal: Jungs sind sehr nett, reaktiv und humorvoll. Sie machen jeden Antrag. Ein schönes Mädchen bestellte mir Essen, bezahlte alles, was ich dann auf Alipay übertragen. Ich habe Geld an das Personal in Alipay um einen Taxi bestellt, aber ich musste früher gehen, so die Jungs vom Hotel fanden mich durch die trip.com App und versuchten, das Geld zu mir zurückzugeben. Ich war sehr angenehm überrascht 3.Around: Ein klassischer Pool im Hinterhof in der Umgebung von grünen und Palmen, wo zwei Chinesen Sie beobachten, so dass Sie nicht töten. In der Gegend singen allein die Vögel keine Musik und Geräusche. Step Availability ist eine Menge Cafés von der nationalen Küche bis McDonalds und Starbucks. "We had a wonderful stay at the Westin Blue Bay. We booked the sea view room and it didn’t disappoint. The rooms are clean and spacious, a lot of natural light coming in. The weather in November is nice and warm. The swimming pool is big but freezing cold, however you get used to the water after taking a dip. They have small hot springs too for the little ones. I’d say the food and drinks are more on the pricey side, and it would be nice if the bar area by the swimming pool would open. Overall the trip was great, beautiful area, close to the beach. Great for morning walks, jogging etc. I’d definitely come again!"

"Nachdem wir von den entsetzlichen Einrichtungen, dem Essen und dem Service im Maona Rainforest Time Guesthouse in Maona Village, Wuzhishan, völlig frustriert waren, fuhren wir über Nacht 105 Kilometer, um diese Unterkunft zu finden. Zunächst möchte ich mich bei Luo Luo, der Kundendienstmitarbeiterin von Ctrip, und dem Ctrip-Kundendienstleiter für ihre Geduld bei den Verhandlungen bedanken, die uns halfen, unsere unglückliche Reservierung zu stornieren und diese Unterkunft zu finden. Wir kamen nach Mitternacht an, völlig erschöpft wie durchnässte Streuner, aber die Rezeptionistin des Marriott war unglaublich herzlich! Ihre freundliche und fürsorgliche Art gab uns das Gefühl, wirklich wertgeschätzt zu werden, und unsere vorherige Frustration legte sich etwas. Die Rezeptionistin gab uns ein Upgrade auf eine Suite mit Meerblick. Nachdem wir den langen Flur entlang zu unserem Zimmer gegangen waren und die Meeresbrise uns umweht hatte, war der größte Teil unseres Ärgers verflogen. Die Einrichtungen, Annehmlichkeiten, die Einrichtung und die Betten des Marriott waren natürlich erstklassig und entsprachen Fünf-Sterne-Standard. Wir haben wunderbar geschlafen, und als wir am nächsten Tag die Vorhänge öffneten und durch das Glas auf das blaue Meer blickten, war die trübe Stimmung der vergangenen Nacht sofort verflogen und wir waren bestens gelaunt! Der Privatstrand war unglaublich sauber, und das Wasser im Kinderbecken war kristallklar. Meine Freunde und ich haben Fotos gemacht, die Meeresbrise genossen, Muscheln gesammelt und vom kostenlosen Strandstuhl aus den Leuchtturm bewundert. Diese Reise endete glücklich. Nochmals vielen Dank an den Kundenservice von Ctrip. Die Bearbeitung unserer Beschwerden – von der Schnelligkeit und Kommunikation bis zum Endergebnis – war sehr zufriedenstellend. Vielen Dank an die Kundendienstmitarbeiterin Lolo für ihre professionelle und geduldige Hilfe bei der Lösung unserer Probleme; wir wünschen ihr viel Erfolg im Beruf und alles Gute. Vielen Dank auch an die Rezeptionistin, die uns am 19. Oktober gegen 0:30 Uhr begrüßte, und an den Sicherheitsmann, der mich an diesem Abend zweimal mit seinem Elektroroller zu meinem Auto brachte, um mein Gepäck zu holen. Vielen Dank an unsere Haushälterin Nicole Yunni; wir wünschen Ihnen beiden viel Erfolg im Beruf und jeden Tag Glück! Abschließend möchte ich meine Wertschätzung für die Ctrip-Plattform nochmals zum Ausdruck bringen. Ich nutze Ctrip seit vielen Jahren ohne jegliche Beanstandung und habe nun zum ersten Mal das Gefühl, dass Ctrip eine wirklich vertrauenswürdige Plattform ist. Ich werde Ctrip auch in Zukunft unterstützen."

Es war nicht so alt und abgenutzt, wie online beschrieben, es hat zwar schon ein paar Jahre auf dem Buckel, ist aber gut gepflegt. Die öffentlichen Bereiche des Hotels sind absolut atemberaubend! Das kleine Affen-Kulturbeutelgeschenk war auch ganz süß. Die Kinder hatten viel Spaß, in anderen Hotels hatten wir keine Zeit, den Pool richtig zu genießen, aber hier haben sie es in vollen Zügen genossen. Der Pool war auch nicht überfüllt, sie hatten eine Menge Spaß! Der Strand war auch sehr angenehm, der Sand war so weich, sie haben bis zum Einbruch der Dunkelheit im Sand gebuddelt! Das Bedauerlichste war, dass das Wetter während unseres Urlaubs insgesamt eher durchschnittlich war, mit viel Wind und Wellen, und der Himmel war grau, sodass das Meer nicht so blau war! Das Hotelfrühstück war in Ordnung, die Nudeln und Reisnudeln waren lecker, die Qingbuliang (süße Suppe) war auch gut, die Eiertörtchen waren auch in Ordnung, der Rest war Standardausstattung für ein Resort-Hotel, der Geschmack war ziemlich ähnlich. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden. Meine Familie sagte, es sei nicht das teuerste Hotel, in dem wir je übernachtet haben, aber das schönste, hahaha. Wenn wir wieder nach Qingshuiwan fahren, wird dieses Hotel definitiv wieder ganz oben auf unserer Wunschliste stehen!"
