Our family booked three rooms for Thanksgiving night and had a nice stay. The rooms did cost more than usual due to the holiday, however each room was clean and comfortable. They have a nice lobby area and large breakfast area, complete with coffee, juices, scrambled eggs, sausage, bagels, toast, cereal, and packaged baked and snack items. The rooms were very clean, had some travel size amenities, coffee maker, and decent space. The beds were very comfortable, if not a bit tall, lol, and each came with four pillows, which we appreciated. My tall husband noted the shower head was positioned pretty short, but water pressure was good. The TV worked well. Overall, it was a good overnight stay for us, and we would stay here again.

Das Hotel war sauber und gut gepflegt. Es hatte auch gute Einrichtungen und das Bett und die Kissen waren ziemlich komfortabel. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich liebe auch die einzigartige Dekoration, die für eine echte Nebraska-Erlebnis gemacht wurde.

Ich hatte die Freude, während einer kürzlich erfolgten Geschäftsreise am Hyatt Place Lincoln/Downtown-Haymarket zu bleiben, und ich kann nicht genug über den außergewöhnlichen Service sagen, den ich erhalten habe, vor allem vom Übernachtungsbüro. Obwohl das Hotel voll war, gingen sie oben und weiter, um sicherzustellen, dass ich mit einem wunderbaren Zimmer gekommen war, das perfekt meinen Bedürfnissen entspricht. Eincheckung war reibungslos und effizient, und ich fühlte mich nach einem langen Tag der Reise wirklich willkommen. Der Front Desk-Agent war nicht nur professionell und höflich, sondern ging auch die zusätzlichen Meile, um sicherzustellen, dass ich alles, was ich für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt benötigt hatte. Ihre Aufmerksamkeit auf detail und Kundenorientierte Einstellung wirklich diese Erfahrung getrennt. Das Zimmer war spotless, geräumig und ruhig genau das, was ich brauchte, um sich zu entspannen und wieder aufzuladen vor einem anderen Tag der Treffen. Dieses Niveau der Pflege und Service, vor allem während einer voll reservierten Nacht, machte meinen Aufenthalt memorabel und hartnäckig. Ich empfehle den Hyatt Place Lincoln/Downtown-Haymarket für jeden, der das Gebiet besucht, sei es für Geschäfts- oder Freizeitzwecke.

Pleasantly pleased with this hotel. They have a very courteous front desk. The lobby is quaint, and very adequate. The room was very spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The workspace was adequate. The bathroom is was large and very easy to use. Nice shower, albeit temperature fluctuated. The exercise room was decent.

While I can't speak for the actual accommodations I can speak for their customer service. I 1000% do not recommend booking this motel. I had booked a two night stay for a military drill weekend. The night I was flying out my flight ended up being delayed and then cancelled at 8pm so I could not get to Lincoln. I immediately called the motel and advised them my flight had just been cancelled and that I would not be able to make it and needed to cancel the reservation. I was told they would not cancel as it was within 24 hours of the reservation. I asked to speak with a manager and was told one was not available. I called the next morning and spoke with the same individual and was told again that they would not cancel as it was within 24 hours and there was nothing they could do. I asked if that was for the one night or both nights and was not given an answer. Therefore, I had to pay nearly $300 for a motel room that could not be used due to no fault of my own. I understand the policy and the reason for the policy however when a customer can't get there and there is no grace that is terrible business practice. The website indicates a great cancelation policy and they appear to support military but this is not the case for this location. I contacted corporate regarding one of their affiliates and they advised that there was nothing they could do as it was an independently owned franchise. They did however forward the response from the manager who offered a 50% discount on my next stay. That will never happen and good job on losing a customer. Super 8 should be embarrassed and I would recommend Wyndham not associate themselves with this motel.

4:00 check in time is unacceptable. It is not rocket surgery – service vacated rooms first, allow guests in when they arrive. This does not cost the motel anything extra, it is just better management. There were no USB charging stations. The rooms at Comfort Suites East were properly designed with a solid bathroom door that locks. We have been thoroughly disappointed by the recent trend to translucent, unlockable sliding bathroom doors. Our double queen room was large and fully equipped: big TV with lots of channels; fast enough WiFi with no password; desk with office chair; microwave; a couple of large drawers; sofa; upholstered chair; closet with door and wooden hangers; luggage rack; padded footstools/coffee tables; controllable HVAC unit under the window; night stand between the queen beds; fairly effective black out curtains, plenty of lights; iron and ironing board; enough counter space in the bathroom; hair dryer; coffee maker; ample hot water in the shower. Room did not meet my definition of a suite, but there is a partial room divider between the beds and sitting area. We suffered repetitive problems with magnetic ***** key cards in a couple of rooms, might take ten tries to properly scan, sometimes we would get the green light, but the door handle wouldn't “catch”. Our bed was short sheeted, I hate to have to remake a motel bed. Included breakfast was standard Comfort Suites fare: three kinds of dry cereal; DIY waffles; bagels; scrambled eggs; sausage; yogurt, and more, I found it satisfying.
