Hampton Inn Lincoln-South/Heritage Park

Very clean facility all the way around. Modern amenities, comfortable bed. Breakfast was wonderful and the crew was very friendly. The parking lot is well lit and everything was very secure and safe. We really enjoyed every aspect of our short stay.

Vish and Angela at the front desk were extremely gracious and went out of their way to help us during our stay. We have stayed at many Hamptons and would recommend this one for its pleasant staff and overall cleanliness. All of the employees were friendly and professional!

Everything about this location is top notch - clean, quiet, comfortable, added features like cookies every afternoon - wonderful breakfast buffet. Then there was Mr. Thomas Frye, who was at the front lobby desk the morning I had to drive alone from Lincoln to Omaha, and I wanted to avoid I-80, the too crowded and truck infested interstate highway. Tom helped me figure out a route that totally got me there on a very nice, low traveled, safe highway and with the added benefit of beautiful Nebraska style scenery - fields of green and gold, and lush timbers and ponds, etc. He took special time out of his regular duties to help me find and plan my route - very helpful, and very courteous and kind. Thanks, Tom!!!

The hotel is super clean and updated, with nice amenities. Bed and linens were comfy, the temperature easy to regulate. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, good coffee, and pool. A good restaurant was an easy walk next door for dinner.

Rooms were dirty and in disrepair. Pool light was not mounted and floating in pool. Very dangerous! Asked staff and they said maintenance said it was fine. No concern for their customers safety. Worst Hampton I have ever stayed at.

Myself and three friends stayed at this hotel in early August 2008 for one night. The hotel is situated behind a few businesses, so it was a bit hard to find at first, though easy afterwards. The hotel is not too small, but not huge either. The front desk staff was friendly and quick. Our room was at the end of a very long hallway. Would have been nice to have more than one elevator maybe, or have the elevator situated in the middle of the hallway instead of way at the end. The beds and linens at this hotel were SO comfortable. My friends kept saying, "Can't we just sneak the mattress out with us?!" The room also had an overstuffed chair, a desk, a nice wooden entertainment center/dresser, and a good-size closet. Pay-per-view movies and video games were available though we didn't use them. The bathroom shower and tub were spacious and clean. There was an array of toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner, lotion, shower gel, and mouthwash. The indoor pool was nice and clean and not too crowded. The downside was that the "deep" end was only five feet. The hot tub was also clean, but the temperature was way too hot (all four of us agreed on that) and didn't bubble very hard. All in all, this was a well-maintained mid-price hotel in a good part of town.

We were traveling on motorcycles to the west stopped here to meet some friends and stay for the night. Upon checking in they had the forms for each room already for us. All we had to do we tell them who was taking what room.. made it very quick and easy to check in. They let us park our bikes under the over hang right in front as long as we left a path for people to walk through. They are right across the parking lot to a wonderful restaurant called Lazlo's brewery and grill. Made it very nice not to have to get on bikes to drive some where to eat...

Nice hotel with friendly staff. They are back to serving their breakfast buffet as of mid-May 2021. They have designated parking for Diamond members, as well as welcome water or snacks. Check in and check out was super easy.
