First timers, my teenager and I were lucky enough not to find but two other families in front of us to check in, buy still took about 25 minutes (they do informed it's from 3pm on - and check out is alt 12, but they let you enjoy the place for another hours without food or drinks). They have an online check in, but it doesn't do it all, since they still have to print many things (yes, print) and copy some documents. Over that, you have two options, if you went by taxi or similar, they assist you in a matter of 10-15 minutes. But if you go with your own car, they ask to park like a block away from reception because they will send a van to pick you and your things. We saw families with babies, children, carry-ons, strollers, wheelchair, etc waiting for a long time to be assisted. Rooms are impecable, you have some by one of the 5 tempered pools, on the hills (get there by a cute funicular) or near the main square. Remember it's surrounded by trees and it keeps it's prairie feeling alongside the concept of a colonial town, with cobbled streets that provides a mixed experience, it's incredibly fun to walk or go to the buffet (which is varied enough to bring vegetarian options as well as kids and meat ones, it's really an excellent service along the reserved restaurant options or the snack places). Watch out the schedules so your are not left without a proper meal. Drinks are sufficient. One outstanding point is the animation/game/late show crew. All of them are so professional, amazing, funny and friendly, that are the human touch this place requires. In every point you will find personnel that's helpful and attentive (except in the reception area). We enjoyed our stay very much. Some points to improve: use of the vans, assistance to family with babies or older people in wheelchairs and a vet for the only horse we saw with a bad leg. Thanks to the crew and the variety of wonderful activities they had.
