Hotels in Lille mit Fitnessstudio

We were assigned an accessible junior suite though we didn't request an accessible room.. The bathroom was half finished and the wiring was not completed with the switches for the separate toilet and bath located in the doorway. There were signs pasted on the door to the toilet and the door to the shower stating that the hotel offered its apologies for the inconvenience! There was a workman's support pole found under the sinks which had to be removed by the technician when we complained. There was not a single hook, clothes stand, towel rack or rail anywhere in the bathroom, toilet or room. The hotel staff explained that they would send a technician a second time to drill hooks in the bathroom, we didn't bother since we were staying only 2 nights and didn't want the dust. The shower glass in the shower stall could not contain water within the stall and the floor became wet after we showered. Location wise the hotel is perfect and the staff were polite. Breakfast was a mix of hot cooked food and the usual cold cuts, cheeses, breads, yoghurt, fruits and juices. The breakfast room changes to a bar at night which serves affordable and nice cocktails.

Die Jugendliches Versammlungszentrum kann nachts in einer kleinen Bar ein Glas trinken, aber das Zimmer ist klein und die Einrichtungen sind nicht zu neu, aber der Dekorationsstil ist relativ speziell, das Aussehen der alten und der moderne industrielle Wind ist auch sehr behutsam.

Der Teppich ist schmutzig. Der einzige Vorteil ist, dass es nahe dem Eurostar ist. Zehn Minuten zu Fuß ist eine weitere Eisenbahnstation nach Dunkirk und Paris, Normandie und so weiter. Jedoch, ich habe es zwei Nächte geduldet, die nicht so gut wie einige neue und gute Samsung ist. Entschuldigen Sie die Marke des Kronurlaubs! Die schmutzigen Bodens sind die einzigen Vorteile, die sich in der Nähe der europäischen Sternen befinden. Zehn Minuten zu Fuß ist eine andere Bahnhofsstation nach Dunkerque und Paris, in der Nähe der Normandie usw. Aber zwei Nächte langsamer zu bewältigen, sind weniger als einige gute Samsungs.

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, der Rezeptionservice ist sehr gut, sogar ein wenig Chinesisch.

Spacious room, sufficient for two colleagues. Thoughtful amenities, provided additional pillow options, as well as turndown service. Good strong coffee with Nespresso machine. WiFi wa rather intermittent, kept getting disconnected during zoom online meeting but otherwise able to do emails. Short walk to conference venue (Lille Grand Palais). Limited food options nearby, often walked to Lille Flandres side or Town Centre for meals. Service was very responsive, some housekeeping staff were able to speak English. Nice touch at the end with door chocolates upon checkout. Overall a good experience.

Ein jahrhundertealtes, von der Kirche umgebautes Hotel, das die Kollision von klassischer und moderner Kultur, Gärten, Kirchen, Klavieren, Wandgemälden, einer eleganten und schicken Umgebung vermittelt und ein schweres Gefühl vermittelt. Da die Einrichtung des Zimmers etwas kompliziert ist, wird jemand an der Rezeption die Gäste sehr vorsichtig in das Zimmer bringen.

Book this hotel because we had a train at 6am and it was next to the station. We had an issue because we booked for 4 persons (2 adults and 2 kids). But at the hotel, they says we only booked for 2 adults and they asked us to pay additionnal fee for extra people. The issue was between the booking platform and the hotel. I don't know how but somehow the commnication between them was incorrect. And it was to the customer to pay again because of the mistake between them. And the hotel was telling us that we were cheating, trying to go with 4 people and paying for 2 which was wrong.

Die Mitarbeiter waren so nett. Als ich sie jedoch gebeten habe, mir meine Gepäck zu bewahren, öffneten sie mir gerade eine Zimmertür und baten mich, mein Gepäck selbst zu setzen, und als ich mein Gepäck zurückholen wollte, baten sie mich, es selbst zu nehmen, ohne sich selbst zu schauen, was ich getan habe. Ich denke, sie sollten zumindest einen Tag oder etwas ausgeben und unsere Gepäck abzeichnen, was, wenn jemand kommt und das Gepäck stehl?

*Hotel rooms are very old compared to other Novotels! * Reservation was made with the child, but they did not prepare the sofa bed. They prepare it in other novotels. *They charged breakfast for the child! Normally the children should be free in Novotels!! I paid 18€ extra!!
