"Pros: Good breakfast buffet with options for vegetarians/vegans. The staff that work in that restaurant are very sweet and kind.
Cons: The shower was faulty and the room smelled of dirty buttholes. Awful check-in process made worse by inefficient and clueless reception staff. Is it acceptable to wait thirty minutes to check-in? I don't think so. I understand this is China and not many people speak English, but if you're going to force foreigners to pay extra for ”international hotels,” you could at least train the staff properly."
