"Supergünstig mit Halbpension gebucht und positiv überrascht worden. Lage gut und gratis P. Schneller Checki-in und helles grosses Zimmer für 3 Personen mit gemütl7chen Betten. Klar ist der Lack ab, aber immer noch passabel. Einfach, aber reichhaltiges Abendbuffet mit Roastbeef und Raclette. Ausreichendes Frühstücksbuffet, wenn auch ohne warme Eierspeisen oder Speck."

"Booked here as my husband wanted to look at mountains while having a morning coffee and wow it certainly delivered that. Views are amazing and the balcony got the sun all day. We booked a comfort room. It had 2 bedrooms, one had bunk beds for the kids. The kitchen was well equipped including an oven and coffee machine. The balcony was great and could comfortably fit all 4 of us 2 adults and 2 teens. As well as table and chair to eat at, there were also deckchairs to lounge in. The staff are great, very helpful and friendly. You can also pay and get pastries delivered on a morning. You just pop your form into the reception the day before. The only minor issue is the car park is down the hill, not a problem for me but the kids had a moan. You can take the car up to drop off stuff but then it needs to be parked in the car park. Although the views are fab the downside to this, is that it's located up a few steep hills, going down is ok but it's quite a trek going up. Phew. There is plenty of parking in Leysin for when we were feeling lazy. There are a couple of supermarkets in Leysin, we preferred the Coop and some lovely restaurants. We particularly loved the Turkish Street food and kids loved the pancakes at Creperie des Alpes. We also took the chair lift from the village and drove down into Aigle where there was a festival on and had a great time. Leysin was a great base for exploring the places we wanted to visit. Including Montreux on lake Geneva. We hired a car and never had a problem parking anywhere."

"Wir waren 3 Nächte hier einquartiert. Das Hotel ist ein Allrounder-Hotel. Sehr viele Seminarräume werden da angeboten. Auch ein eigenes Kino ist da. Etwas eigenartig waren unsere Zimmer im Nebengebäude, alle Paare fanden sich in einem 5-Bett Zimmer. Das erinnerte ein wenig an eine Jugendherberge. Das ist im Winter für Familien mit Kindern aber sicher die Sensation. Hervorzuheben ist vor allem das Restaurant. Hier waren wir wirklich von einem ausgezeichneten und abwechslungsreichen Speisenangebot überrascht. Allerdings alles Buffet, aber sehr unterschiedlich jeden Tag. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet war in Ordnung."

"Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, im Gegensatz zum Restaurant, das uns sagt, es gibt keine Restaurants mehr, wir haben dennoch gesehen, wie Menschen dort essen, den Geruch von Nahrung in den Zimmern, Lärmschäden und Kommunikationsbedenken sind die Schlimmere Punkte. Keine Antworten auf E-Mails, es wusste nicht einmal, wie man für Essen und Frühstück zu tun. Das ziemlich schlimme Frühstück ist auch ... sehr wenig Wahl, keine Wahl zu sehen ... Zum Glück hat das Restaurant Leysin unseres Wochenendes die Bar .... Ausgezeichnetes Essen (Burgerschaftsfutter)! Positiv, aber auch Parkplätze am Hotel, und einen Balkon mit guter Aussicht, aber es musste mit Nachbarn ... teilen"
